Took my dog in for a trim when I went to pick him up he was completely shaved down to the skin. When they brought him out to me, I said that is not my dog did not recognize him. And told me $55 when dropping him off when I got there she said I'm scared to tell you this but it's going to be $75 I was infuriated and will never take my dog back there again. do not take your pet there they will overcharged you . and I do not know what they did to him when he came back home 2 week was peeing in the house everywhere was out of character for him.He was not the same after that PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOU PET THERE.

For $95 one bath and one trim you'd think they'd make sure she's clean. Babies ears where left filthy and she doesn't smell good and when she did her little shake fur went everywhere which tells me they bath first and shave after makes no sense. I have to bath her again now.

Super friendly groomers, always doing a great job. Prices are reasonable. Give them a try, you won't regret it.

Hello everyone,Unfortunately, my dog has had a negative experience with this place. To give an explanation, we had an appointment at 11 a.m. and we were informed that it'll take a couple hours for us to receive him back. We didn't receive him until 5:45 p.m., which it's past their closing period, and he came home starving, acting very weird, and really nervous. Plus, the haircut that I asked for wasn't followed and he came back looking like a different dog. The next two days, he started to have seizure attacks and we quickly took him to the hospital. My dog is a 7-month-old havanese-poodle mix puppy and unfortunately, he was diagnosed with epilepsy. The results came back that it is not genetic and that it's from an exposure of toxins. Ever since we took him here, he started to show these seizure attacks and at our home, we always make sure that everything is safe for him. This experience for our puppy has truly broke my family and I hearts. If the owner is reading this, please make changes in your environment to keep our animals safe. I'm never the one to give a 'negative' review, but since this has impacted my dog's health, I want to make sure that everyone else's dog is safe. They've always done an excellent job on my "Ash".He gets "kitten" cuts and they are beautiful.

Sarah did a great job on both my dogs . Was worried about my Caesar as he labeled a demon child from another place . But she apparently worked magic and claimed he was a angel . Totally impressed .. !!!

Imagine taking your dog to a groomer just to get a simple bath & nail trim only for it to somehow escape outside the building and gets hit by a vehicle.That's what happened after taking my dog Peanut to Sudzy Paws Pet Grooming they failed to take proper precautions to make sure my dog couldn't escape. I ended up getting him euthanized cause the injuries he just sustained were too much and so far I've had to pay everything out of pocket with no financial assistance from the owner of the business. I'm considering taking legal action.

I take my Shih tzu here sometimes. They are always so nice to him. They do a decent job for the price and always great customer service, very pleasant staff.

I took two of my dogs to them, and only asked for my dog to be trimmed and groomed.I specifically went into detail about the way I wanted her hair cut, they instead chose to literally butcher my dogs hair. (Not to forget mention she had a talent show coming up). When I left them they said they would call when they were ready. Instead I had to call them and enquire about my dogs and the lie was my phone disconnected. That's the first bad sign I got. So when I went back and got my dogs, they were crammed into a small cage thats only for one dog. Secondly she was butchered from the cut I had asked for. My dogs were so drugged up they started crapping in my car. My girl shin tsu was acting super hyper not bring herself at all. My male shin tsu has the runs real bad from whatever he was exposed to. I don't think this place should be open because they are not honest nor do they have your dogs best interest. If you care for your dogs don't take dogs them to this place. This place is great!! This is my 2nd time taking my cat here in a years time. My cat is older and a little over weight.. She tends to be fussy due to her age, but these ladies take great care with her. She gets great grooming and her nails cut.. The ladies also gave her a bath which I didnt notice till I came home (Thank you!!). They also gave her a cute little bow on her collar for Christmas.I will recommend these ladies to every pet owner I know. Thank you ladies and keep up the great work!!
