Beautiful place, It was very large, clean, and quiet. The cleaning staff was extra nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Management responded to my review almost 2 YEARS LATER! I think that says a lot about their attention (or lack thereof) to detail.

I just checked in. You advertise a pool and a spa on your website but there is no pool or spa! It's a mile down the road at a different hotel!

Lovely quaint hotel with a great location just a couple minutes walk to shops & restaurants. The contactless process was easy & no problem not having housekeeping during our 3 day stay. We stayed in Heron suite. The best of the rooms on our opinion. Wrap around balcony overlooking the courtyard & very private. A comfortable bed. All amenities keurig coffee maker with plenty of kcups & kitchen ware/wine opener, paper towels, blow dryer, large lighted makeup mirror, iron, etc. Ice maker at the bottom of the stairs. The air conditioner worked awesome & that's not always the case with hotels. A large ceiling fan in the sitting room too. The tv quality was great too. The courtyard is beautiful with patio tables & umbrellas. Easy to relax & listen to the fountain. Dr.

Pros of staying in the Condor suite: Close to the main road (shopping and food)Coffee maker, fridge, and mini kitchen in the roomFireplaceCons of staying in the Condor suite:Patio/balcony overlooks the parking lotA little pricey for the quality of the roomGeneral (during covid):No onsite employee at the propertyThe location was by far the best attribute and probably was worth it, especially if its your first time in Ojai.

This is a delightful little hotel. We are staying in the Cardinal room and it is thoughtfully decorated and well provisioned. All the rooms are suites and seem well spaced out. The location doesn't get any better in Ojai as it sits about a block from the main strip. Our room has a lovely sitting area and the courtyard is tasteful and lovely. It is definitely pricey, but Ojai in general is pretty pricey right now as it serves as a nearby getaway for many communities of home bound Coronavirus battlers. It also doesn't have its own pool, which is not really clear on the website. You can use the pool at their sister hotel, but it's a bit far to walk and one of the best things about Ojai is that one doesn't need to drive anywhere.

Cozy, quant and quiet would best describe our recent stay at Su Nido (and our several prior stays there!). It was easy to relax in the guest-only courtyard that is encircled by the rooms/suites themselves. The main business district is fun and easily walkable but the hotel is tucked away about 2 blocks off of the busy main drag keeping the traffic noise to a minimum. Rooms are (again) cozy and well appointed. After hours arrival was executed seamlessly with key access as arranged. Manager Larry greeted us on the grounds during our stay. We look forward to our next getaway stay there! PB

This is a beautiful hidden gem. The front desk girl is so helpful with good information on everything in the area. We stayed the week and just wish the office was open everyday. There were two day the front desk was closed.

My husband and I recently stayed in the Sparrow Room at Su Nido Inn. The room was quiet, and the bed and linens were exquisite. The vaulted ceiling and beams made the room feel elegant and spacious. The Molten Brown bath and body products in the bath felt indulgent. The entire property is simply lovely with it's clay tile roofs and stucco finishes. My favorite touch was the Spanish tile on the risers going up to our room which overlooked the courtyard and the jaw-dropping, arched wooden door.At night we shared a bottle of chilled, local Chardonnay in the courtyard while relaxing to the sound of trickling water in the fountain. The twinkle lights in the trees created a charming fairytale ambiance. Ojai is a gorgeous getaway location and the Su Nido Inn is the perfect place to stay while in town. On this trip we enjoyed visiting the nearby missions, Soule Park Golf Course , and the tasting Ojai Food Tour. We will be back.

Nice rooms. No service. They think they can get away with not cleaning or changing sheets or towels and charge $500 a night? Ridiculous
