Studio West 300 Salon

I've found the jackpot with this one! I had called earlier in the day to asked if they accepted walk-ins and was told yes as long as someone was available. The woman that answered the phone was very polite, she asked what services I needed, (shampoo,cut and style) and booked me for 2 hours later. That alone let me know it was busy so it must be good. I arrived early and was seated just before my appointment time and Joann was treating me today. Immediately I felt very comfortable, she was introducing me to the other ladies, gave me a tour of the place after my cut and even told me if I'm ever on a walk to stop in! It's really that FRIENDLY, I absolutely loved it. To top it off, it's KID FRIENDLY! They supply water, tea, fresh coffee and yummies to eat every day, I really can't say enough good things about this place. I went in feeling a bit disheveled and came out feeling great and sexy! I plan on making a nail appointment with Michelle before my follow up appointment for a trim with Joann. These ladies have been working together for so long you can feel the family atmosphere with a little gossip. New FAVORITE salon!

Stylist talks crap about you to other Stylists and Clients. Caddyiness and unprofessional at it's finest! Stay away!
