Driving in la can obviously be annoying but riding with Strategic made it much more enjoyable, not to mention comfortable. The driver was extremely professional and courteous. I felt very safe and well taken care of. Will use them whenever I need a car!

We recently used Strategic for our trip to Los Angeles. We were picked up at the airport by Jay and it was the easiest part of our trip. They were there waiting for us at airport and the vehicle was very nice got us to were we needed be. We used several times why we were in LA AND THEY WERE SPOT ON ALL THE TIME wod definitely recommend them if your in LA.

Is this a real business? I ordered a limo in March for May (plenty of advance notice) for my boyfriend's surprise birthday party. The day before the party, I received a call from Shannon (the owner, i think) explaining that MY limo was in an accident but that he is trying to get it worked out. He told me he would call me first thing in the morning to update me. The next day I did not hear from him, so around 1:00pm I called. He didnt answer, but called me back 10 min later to tell me he tried his best but the limo is too wrecked to drive. He said he would refund me and give me a credit (after that he never mentioned a credit). This call left me very confused as to why I was out of a ride when I made my reservation 2 months in advance, but I remained calm and understanding and ordered a couple Ubers instead.I waited about 10 days and called Shannon because I hadn't received a refund yet. He apologized and said he will process it that day and I would see the refund after the holiday weekend. I waited another week, and called back. He said something about how he changed processors and he would call the old processor to refund me. Then, my boyfriend called Shannon to ask what's going on and I received an email confirming my refund had been processed. I don't know what that email really was because I waited 10 days and still had not received a refund. Finally, after waiting a month and a half for my refund, I had to go through other avenues to receive my money back.

My mother in law rented a limo for my wedding on March 30th. The driver did show up on time and that was great. However, the limo was not clean on the outside (it was black color and you could see the dust all over it). Secondly when we were driving to the venue the driver was driving 15-20 miles per hour. When we asked her to speed up she said she could not. The "coils" were out. I was thinking "Who sends a broken limo to drive a bridal party to a wedding"!Also the limo was rented for 3 hours. Since we were running a few minutes late for my 5:30 p.m. ceremony and the limo was booked from 4-7 p.m. I asked the driver to wait for the ceremony to complete so that my bridal party can come back and get their items and put them in their own cars. The Limo driver told me "NO" that it was only booked for a drop off. She even said that to my bridesmaids. However, I did later confirm with my mother in law the limo was indeed booked for 3 hours. The service was awful and downright unprofessional. The one thing a bride doesn't need is stress before her wedding. Sending a broken limo to pick up a bridal party is just not okay. No matter how far the distance is between the pick up and drop off location. I would not suggest using them. Just my pov.

After going through a number of horrible transportation companies (Advantage Ground Transportation, Go Sedan, and ExecuCar) I finally found Strategic. They're a reliable firm, have nice vehicles, and top notch drivers. Most importantly, they're always on time, because one of my biggest pet peeves is waiting for my ride after getting off a 15 hour flight. I just want to get home and see my family. The others made me wait for my ride to show up at the airport (usually between 15 to 60 minutes -- with 30 being the average). Why? Because ExecuCar and the like automatically assume that average international travelers takes 30 to 45 minutes to deplane, collect their luggage, and make it though CBP. Guess what? I am not the average traveller. I never check luggage and I'm a Global Entry participant (I even mention these facts in the "notes" section of every reservation I book). Unlike the others, Strategic actually read my notes and took the time to call me and ask what Global Entry meant (there is no shame in not knowing) so they could educate their drivers.As it stands, I have probably used Strategic a dozen times over the past few months, and have never had to wait. Never. Not at home. Not at the airport. A few other random comments:-I got Jay as my driver about 80% of the time, but the others that I've met were equally professional and punctual. -Strategic's pricing is reasonable as is their cancellation policy. Others require an unrealistic 6-hour cancellation notice and/or charge cancellation fees. -Don't let the fact that they're based in Valencia scare you off. This was a concern of mine a first, but they cover all the majors cities and airports in SoCal. -The one time they couldn't pick me up (because my flight was delayed by 6 hours and they were fully booked at my new arrival time) Strategic made arrangements with one of their competitors to have me picked up and driven home. (This is smart business and is no different than American Airlines sending a stranded passenger home on Delta Air Lines, something that happens every day.)-A well deserved 5 star score.

Best limos, party buses and chauffeurs in town. I've used them many times without a glitch. All they need is a limo in which Cigar Dave can also smoke his cigars and they'd be all set. ;)

When I think Limo services, the ONLY company I think of is Strategic Limousines. We used Strategic for a simple ride from our wedding venue to our hotel location, and Shannon couldn't have made it a more amazing experience. He was professional, friendly, helpful, and the best part, ON TIME!!Not only was the ride incredibly affordable, it was so easy to set everything up. Especially with all the added stress of planning a wedding, Shannon made it so easy to get the ride booked.Oh, I forgot to mention how beautiful and clean the limo was! It was so fancy!If you ever need a limo service and need the best in every possible aspect, then Strategic is the way to go!!

This is the absolute worst limo company. We just got back from a week in Hawaii. The first driver picked me and my family up at our house and drove us to the airport. When we got back to LA no driver at all. We sat out on the curbside for over an hour,and no driver I got the email confirming the pickup. No driver at all. I tried calling the number that was on the email several times. Just a voice mail and no return call. We had to use Lyft service to get Home. WHATEVER YOU DO,DO NOT USE!!!
