I've done imaging at a few places in town and this is my go to place. I had to do many ultrasounds while undergoing IVF and Stockdale Radiology was awesome at getting me early, quick appointments, and getting all requested info back to my doctor in a timely fashion so they could adjust medication doses if need be. My favorite tech is Linda. She is so kind and good at her job! I also love the atmosphere here. It's kind of calming and spa like. I mean if I have to get undressed the least you could do is dim the lights, am I right?!Front desk is also pleasant and it's easy to get a fast appointment!

Well we had appointments at 9. They don't call back till 944. And while sitting we listen to the phone ring off the hook while the two girls just small talk. Then a client walks in and says I don't know what to do they said just come here and she said sit down we figure it out. . Client standing at counter and she's still on her personal phone and letting phone ring and ring. Now I know why it takes themLong to answer calls. They prefer to just talk and talk and not answer phone I Ben tripping for 3 mins phone ringing while they talking. Pathetic. I wouldn't come here.

Waited well over an hour to speak with someone only to be get a hang up. I called back and was back to being the 15th caller. I did a screen shot to prove it. Not sure what they wanted but this is a poor reflection on their end.

I just wanted to come on here and update my prior review based on the follow up experience I had with my original issues. Management did reach out to me on here and through messages to try and correct the issues I was having as best as they could at this point. I sent an email to their customer service explaining in further detail what went wrong with billing on my end, and within 24 hours they called to let me know they had corrected the issue and are refunding what I overpaid. Now my account balance is all squared away so no more bills saying I owe more money when I don't. They are going to work with their techs on best practices and do what they can on the customer service end in OB as well, which is great to hear because it's such an emotionally sensitive area of ultrasound service that requires a little extra tact and patience. I think it is a great thing they were willing to listen to the issues, take them seriously, and try to make changes and corrections as a business. I wanted my update to reflect that. It's not easy to receive criticism and correct it! Thank you for reaching out, Stockdale Radiology. I appreciate it!

Have been trying to get a stat CT scan for over a week. No one will help us. Just excuses. Can barely talk to a live person. You can be on hold for an hour, then get sent to a voice mail box that is full, then hung up on. Also they never answer email. Absolutely the worst.

Update, this review DOES reflect how they normally operate and their standard of care. No manager contacted me yesterday as stated in their reply. They had time to reply to my review but not schedule my appointment. Do not list your hours as 7 am if I cannot contact you at the time. Why is there such an influx of patients your sending them to a CALL CENTER?! This is my health, if I wanted to waste my time I'd call the DMV.

Was having a bit of an issue obtaining insurance approval so I figured I walk in and pay out of pocket. Found out that since I have insurance I can't pay out of pocket, gotta love it.Thankfully Jamie, Angelica and Yolanda were working! They were able to get the needed approval and actually I got the procedure completed that day. Thank you very much to Jaime, Yolanda and Angelica, you all made that a great day! I Sure appreciate it!

Can I give this place zero stars? After receiving scans, I heard nothing from billing. Insurance had never received any correspondence from them. Turns out, instead of billing my insurance, they sent it straight to collections after holding it for 6 months or so. Their billing department is inept and is engaging in fraudulent billing practices. Buyer beware.
