StatMD Urgent Care

I really enjoyed my visit. The staff and doctor's were very nice. But unfortunately I think they are still working out the kinks on starting up this urgent care so it did not run too smoothly with admission. Although, I will be returning in hopes the kinks are worked out by the next time !

Went there recently because they are around the corner from where I live. I called ahead to make sure they accepted my insurance. They said they did. We went in and were greeted by a nice girl but it was 109 that day and they had no ac in their lobby. We let them know, they said it was strange because it was cold in the back. After filling out the paperwork in the heat she told me they did not accept my insurance. We left and will never go back again.

Same experience as others. Stated my insurance would not cover, wanted to charge $400 but at accelerated and at sendas my insurance covered with no issues. Do not come here

The office and staff were wonderful. The physician was sympathetic to my symptoms and listen to me. I did not feel rushed out, but heard. The facility was clean and still look brand new. When I asked the doctor if this was a new location he said no that they had been there for six years. You couldn't tell by looking at it that they had been there for six years. Highly recommend this Urgent Care. In fact, I will make it my regular Urgent Care.

DO NOT COME HERE. AVOID IT AT ALL COST. THEY ARE RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND ARE JUST TRYING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!This is THE WORST place you could go to. The entire staff was so slow and seemed to only care about being paid. After paying $150 for simply checking in, I had to pay $400 for them to actually do something. My girlfriend was throwing up violently and was clearly in a lot of pain. She was moaning and hunched over and barely conscious. There was only one other person in the waiting area and it still took them over half an hour to sit her in a room. I had to do all of the talking for my girlfriend because she was pretty out of it and couldn't really form any sentences on her own. After denying her insurance and I paid out of pocket, they still made us wait for 20 minutes in one of the small backrooms. They kept trying to push her to do a Covid test when that wasn't even relevant to her symptoms. They were annoyed that my girlfriend couldn't give them a urine sample after we repeatedly told them that she was throwing up everything she drank. The doctor and nurses who were "helping" all seemed lost and confused as to what they were doing. Finally when she was given an IV drip, the doctor was making rude and unprofessional comments to her the whole time. The doctor voiced how grossed out she was by the throw up and was making unnecessary comments. I then voiced some concerns to her and she gave me the most useless feedback. Please if you seriously do need an urgent care DO NOT COME HERE. they are ridiculously rude, greedy, and not helpful in anyway. My girlfriend seemed as though she was on the brink of death and they didn't even care. I am now $700 out because they refused to try and take her insurance. If I could report a place, this is definitely it.

I went to this Urgent last Thursday and had labs done the same day. I have called the office 3 times to get my results and every time they tell me they haven't received them yet and that they would call me back but they never do! Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!

I have been here a few times my trip here a few days ago will be my last. I am not sure if anyone in the office during my visit were even certified or had their degree, ANYTHING. After being seen by the "Dr" or "provider" (I'm not sure who it was because no one introduced themselves )came in did a very very quick look at me had absolutely nothing to say but instead asked me "what do you think"??? She did not want to run any tests on me I had to ask, and felt like I walked out of there self diagnosing myself thanks to google! Stay away from this place!!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE! This urgent care lacks professionalism and it seems that they are more worried about getting the money versus actually ensuring their patients are taken care of. I was seen by the doctor before any vitals were taken and then after my "check in" with the physician, that took no more than 1 minute which resulted in the suggestion to see my primary care... they wanted to do my "vitals". When they were taking my vitals they were acting very confused & were asking me medical questions I had already given them during check in. It was then I found out that they have not even looked at my check-in paperwork. Complete waste of my time and money. DO NOT COME HERE!

crappiest urgent care ever. dr is a joke, didnt even look at my daughter & just gave a diagnosis without checking her out. then was there for over an hour as soon as they opened and was waiting at the pharmacy for a medication that they never sent, 6 hours later.

This place was willing to take my concerns seriously and covered all of their bases. The doctor I saw was fantastic. She was attentive and thorough. I am bringing my family here from now on when we have a need for urgent care.
