I'm very new to the off-road game. I bought a used Rzr without spark arrestors (I didn't know). I was told at the Hungry Valley gate that I needed them so I went to Starcycle and spoke with Bryan. Very nice guy and he definitely knows his stuff. Gave me a great deal on two spark arrestors, installed. I appreciate that he didn't make me feel like a "newbie" for asking questions. Thanks!

This company has no idea on how to work on any new Polaris ATV. I've had my 2015 Polaris Sportsman ETX for one month now. This company has given me very little contact. I have had to show up in person to only ask, what is the problem with my ATV. The owner, and the head mechanic of Star have only given lies and faults information on the guessing games on this company not knowing what problem my Polaris Sportsman ETX has. Star started with Replacement of the fuel Pump after I said I had proper fuel flow. Then this company said we need to replace the fuel injectors. If wanted to know why the company is taking way too long on finding the problem. I went and made a call to a Polaris Dealer in PD on to call them and tell them that he knows the problem at had. I only hope that Star will learn from their lack of not knowing anything on Polaris ATV.

Ordered a battery based on the model number that my old battery showed. When it came in the polarity was reversed. Wouldn't fit. These guys were awesome. I exchanged it for the correct model no problem. Recommend Starcycle without reservation. Thanks guys.

Let me tell you... I love this place. It's a mountain town Moto shop thru and thru. The guys are so super friendly and don't treat you like crap. I'd rather come here for all our off road needs as opposed to cycle gear. The prices are awesome and they work hard to help you with anything you need. Thank you Starcycle for your awesome service!

Had to stop here after the ranger at Hungry Valley stopped me and checked my spark arrestor which was non existent. It was my fault for not paying attention and checking it. She referred me to Star Cycle, so I headed over there to see if they had what I needed. I removed the end cap and had one of the techs look for the screen. After a little searching we found one that worked. I purchased it, installed it and it works great. Good service and I'm glad that they had the part in stock. I had a great day at Hungry Valley thanks to Star Cycle and they even let me borrow their allen wrenches. Thanks again guys...

Just needed a new battery, but they took quick care of me for my Honda Pioneer. Saved my bacon as I'm the one who killed the last one. A quick phone call made sure they had what I needed set aside before I got there. Thanks all.

I have been here a few times to get things that I may have forgotten on my Hungry Valley riding trips. Today I needed to replace a rear tire, did both. I worked with John, extremely helpful, lubed my chain, adjusted it, adjusted my clutch and replaced 2 tires. This is a quality operation that take pride in what they do. Now to break in the new tires.

I was I need of a new chainsaw to finish fire clearance on my 5 acre property. DID NOT want to drive an hr down the hill! Someone suggested Star Cylce, being a motorcycle shop- it had not occurred to me to check there. They not only had chainsaws- they carried a selection of one of my favorite brands - Husquavarna! Not only did I buy a new chainsaw, they were able to fix my broken one and sharpen the chain for me! I got my clearance done on time! Thank You Star Cycle!!! You are a life saver!
