This is the only place who I can trust with my brows. I always come as a walk-in and I'm seated nearly immediately every single time.I'm so sad that I didn't catch the name of the woman who did my brows the other day. Usually, Gagan (G) does my eyebrows for me (and I'm always happy with her work). This most recent visit, another woman did my brows and I've been catching myself wriggling them in the mirror all the time because I'm just so impressed by how clean my brows look while also maintaining their natural shape. I used to wear the 2016 Anastasia Beverly Hills dip brown look all the time, but I feel so confident with my brows now! Thank you Star Beauty! Your team is wonderful!

I've been going to Start Beauty Salon for a few years now. They are all nice, friendly, and professional, but I love the way Joti "D" does my eyebrows. The vibe is so relaxing and chill. It's a salon, so they offer different services, but if you go in for eyebrows, I recommend to go with D (girl with purple/blue in her hair).

They don't allow their customers to use restrooms and are very rude and still expect to be tipped with the quality of their service is very poor

Great service. Professional. This place is very busy when it comes to eyebrows. My Son got a haircut from one of the gals. She did a great job.

I am so upset. I just left there with my eyebrows hacked They don't even match. I've spent months and months trying to let them grow out to their original thickness so when I went in today, I intended to get my forehead threaded as I normally do when I get my eyebrows done. The threader asked me to do my eyebrows and I said OK but just a light cleanup because they've been growing and I'm still trying to let them grow out and she said OK. OK clean. She was doing my eyebrows all the while having a conversation with other men that were there so I believe she was not paying attention to what she was doing. There was no care for what she was doing. As she was threading near my eyebrow, I could feel the pain and burn and hairs being ripped out, and I was thinking to myself, "she is taking a lot of hair out" and as soon as she handed me that mirror, and I looked at them I saw they were so thin. I asked for a light cleanup, and she completely went against what I said, and decided to take out most of my hair and one eyebrow is much thinner and different than the other. So not only are they thin, they're not even the same. I've never been so upset you might say it's just eyebrows are gonna grow back but when I've spent now most of the year and last year, trying to regrow them to look more natural and just for someone to take them all away and it really does put an effect on you. To top it off I explained to her my position and exactly what I wanted and she did not care because the conversation that she was having with the two men was more important than the care of her client. I urge everybody to be careful when you go there and if you do decide to go there only let the older woman help you unless you want some thin awful eyebrows. The girl that helped me I think her name is Jody. She had braids and either henna or tattoos on her hands and I believe she wears glasses. She's the more trendy young looking girl. I knew when I didn't see the usual older lady that I trust to clean up my eyebrows I shouldn't have done it, but I let her do it anyways against my judgment. I really wish I trusted my gut. it's gonna take me another year to try to grow them back.

This is the only salon I will go to in town! I have only let Joti thread my eyebrows for over 8 years. She truly is the best. I am always in and out in a timely manner and all the staff is friendly and sweet. I have also had my hair cut done here before as well. They also service in facials and henna tattoos and even makeup. Their salon is set up with a cute background to even take pictures. I always leave satisfied.

I asked for only an eyebrow clean up and she decided to do what she wanted with my brows. This place is horrible, they do not give their customers what they want. I was still expected to pay after she messed up my eyebrows. Ridiculous.

I have been going here since I was 15 and today they just messed up my eyebrows and tried to say that it's fine that it will grow back. I'm so upset.

They do an amazing job at threading specifically Joti. Joti is the only person I trust to do my eyebrows. Every time I go I love the way my eyebrows look. All the staff is very friendly. If you are unsure if to get your eyebrows threaded please do and ask for Joti because she will do an amazing job. They are also very quick which is a plus.

Very disappointed recently with shweta.. My eyebrows are not even ( ones thin and onws thick) and she cut me in several places... I reconmend nver go that place
