Came in on a Sunday, about 10:30ish. No wait. Quick to get 2 adults and 1 child seated. Perfect little family style restaurant. Small, but accommodating. They've been open now about 4 months in the location that once used to be Bok-Bok Korean Fried Chicken. Berry French Toast was tasty. Fruit was fresh, toast was cooked just right. Tip: ask for extra syrup. The small jar they give you goes pretty fast. Overall, great little place for breakfast. We will return to check out other meals another day.

While running errands, we found ourselves on California Ave., west of 99. There are a lot of food places there to choose from. As we entered a parking lot, we saw Stacks. That looks new. Do you want to try it?I really like the comfortable design of this place. It's sit down, and a server took our order. They do breakfast and lunch. We split the Stack Wrap. I figured if they put their name on it, it must be good.It's really nice when you don't have to ask for an extra plate. They split our order and gave us each our own basket of fries. BTW, we split our food because we still had a lot to do. Eating a full meal at midday makes me want to nap.)Their breakfast menu looks really good, too. If you're looking for something new to try, give Stacks a go. I don't think you will be disappointed.

It's a high 4 stars for me. The service isn't all that great. I never received my toast for my meal, but anyway, about the food; great menu lots to choose from, and what my brother and I ordered, we definitely weren't disappointed. Small, cute, clean, and quiet space. Idk, but i feel like the biscuits were freshly made, and idk I've never had sausage taste that good, but the gravy was so good. The eggs were cooked perfectly, and the flavor on the potatoes had excellent flavor. My brother ordered the sandwich, which was really good, and the ranch tasted homemade as well, really good. The fries weren't oversalted like in many other places, which I really liked. Although the coffee cups are tiny, the coffee is great. Great prices, good portions, and great coffee.

I've been to lots of breakfast spots in and out of town. In my opinion breakfast is pretty straightforward and hard to ruin. Saw this place and decided to try it out. My first thoughts of the food was it was not that great. The coffee was horrible, the country potatoes seem to be under cooked, the toast was far from toasted and the food just tasted awful. I know in these days everything is expensive and I usually don't complain but the ridiculousness of get charged almost another 5 dollars for the two scoops of salsa and bell peppers and onion is crazy. We will see how long this place last. My guess not long with these prices. Save your money there are better tasting place that don't charge you extra for everything.

We tried this place the opening week and it was not great so we decided to give another opportunity just a couple weeks ago and it wasn't great either The food was just OK. The service just ok and the ambience was just nice.

**SMALL CHILDREN ALERT**This restaurant does not have a changing table in either restrooms!!!Yikes!! I was excited to try this place as I heard a big buzz about it and then didn't hear anything further. I went with my family on a Saturday morning (10am) and it was a pretty bad breakfast.The service was nice, the place was cute, and we got our food SO fast!! Other than that, the food was awful. I got the chicken and waffles. The waffles were waffles, but man that chicken was baaaaddd. It tasted dry on the inside and the batter tasted super hard and stale! Yuck! Even my husband had a bite and said that was probably one of the worst chickens he's ever tasted.Our son got the kids combo with pancakes and sausage. He enjoyed his plate, but he's 2 I had a bite of his pancake (given the name their pancakes HAD to be good right?), and it tasted like the batter was also stale. It just had an odd flavor to it. Overall, I wouldn't come back. We tried enough separate food items where it just missed the mark. Which I'm surprised since it has so many good reviews!
