My car looks brand-new all thanks to Juan!!! He was so friendly and nice! He made my car look beautiful! I am so thankful to him!!! Ask for Juan he does such a good job! He really puts his heart into his work!I will only come here if Juan takes care of my car!

Did an ok job washing my car but their customer service was not at all welcoming and there's no direction on how to even get in the place smh just not a great experience they don't walk you through anything at all

Hey Splash take note there is a reason I did NOT tip. First impression upon pulling up to request service is the guy was bothered by me wanting service. I believe I payed for the Super Wash (20 bucks) Asked for cherry air freshener. (Can't smell a thing)? A 10 year old untrained child could have done a better job of vacuuming the interior!! The only thing that was of any value was you did manage to get all the bugs off the front window. Thanks, but I won't waste my money again!

Well, used to be that when you pay for a car wash, they washed the whole thing. Not here! When they clean the inside, they only do the front seats and floors. Windows, back seat and the normal stuff incurres a surcharge of 7 bucks. Even if you get the premium service. Hasta la byebye Spash.

I'm getting ready to sell my car, so I decided to get it detailed first. I've been here before to get my car washed, and they've always done good work. This was my first detailing experience, and they did a wonderful job!! Made my four year old look like new!! I highly recommend Splash! It takes about 4-5 hours, since it takes time to dry. Well worth the wait!!

$30 car wash, Back seat and center Console not cleaned.. would have done better doing it myself.. bad service

I'm thinking they need more competition in this "one wash town". I got the $30 car wash today in hopes of a BEAUTIFULLY WAXED car. I was told there was a spray wax that they wiped off by hand. Well, I saw the guy dry off the car slightly (like one normally woould), clean the inside, do the tires and call out that it was done. Did I miss something or was I completely jipped? I'm thinking the $15 car wash would have been the same outcome. They didn't even wipe out my cup holders! and the whole process was VERY slow. :( I would suggest a full car wash OUTSIDE of town and to use this place for the $5.99 exterior only wash. Also, there was a card on the counter that said if "you leave a great review on Google reviews" you'll get a free carwash. I'm in the mindset that the review needs to be DESERVED and I'll PAY for my car wash and leave THIS review. :)

I admit - I never write bad reviews, mostly because if I don't like a place I simply don't go there again. That being said I don't live in town and I found this place by the recommendations of a mechanic I used in Ridgecrest too. I should also admit I got the auto detailing done and it was 100$.The manager/owner (?) was very polite, solicitous, and I really appreciated him formulating a custom clean for me. The outside of my car is always going to suck because some industrious young people keyed one side, and traveling through ridgecrest and bakersfield makes it dirty... so I don't worry about that much. The inside is where its at and my car was GROSS. So in short they did a wonderful job on the interior (and exterior) and the price was less than I expected. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

The short blonde manger was extremely rude to my 76 year old mother Mary. Totally unprofessional and uncalled for behavior.

Every time I go to the car wash I purposely leave quarters in my change holder and what do you know they're gone. So to the white guy working there with the beard, enjoy your 3$ tip and my 3 quarters. I guess I shouldn't care but after 17 years in law enforcement 10 of which I was a police officer and detective , I guess I expect more from employees especially at a car wash that washes all the police cars for the city.
