Speedy Joe's

My daughter & I were visiting from Bakersfield, and we went to Speedy Joe's for dinner. It was a Saturday night, and we were a party of six. The restaurant was nearly empty, which I don't understand, because we had an excellent experience. Everyone loved their food, which was plentiful, and the service was top-notch. We will definitely return.

A friend kept telling me to try this place, so today I finally did. We got the food to go, while the outside is a little unassuming, the inside is clean and nice. I got the enchiladas rancheras with chicken and rice and beans. My boyfriend got the asada wet burrito and a crunchy beef taco. Everything was good and fresh, the sauces were obviously made in house, the salsa also had some heat to it. All the portions were a good size as well. It was a good experience overall. The service was also good as we phoned in the order and they had it ready to go.

We visited for dinner on Wednesday with a party of four and it was a very good experience. This place looks pretty rough from the outside, and a bit ratty on the inside, but it is well worth your time. We were greeted and told to seat ourselves, which we did in a nice booth.The very gracious waiter (possibly an owner) stopped by, took our drink orders, and was nice enough to provide separate checks. The draft beers are served in large glass goblets, ice cold. The chips were warm and obviously home made.We went with a Combo Plate, a Burrito, Tacos, and Camerones al la Diabla, which had a nice spicy kick. All the portions were large and the meals were fresh and well prepared. The service was outstanding. The waiter was friendly, prompt, and professional. Overall, an outstanding hidden gem in Palmdale to get great Mexican fare.

All around excellent on all accounts. I had the shrimp enchiladas in my friend had the chicken tacos. Both were top-notch. Shrimp tasted fresh. Chips and salsa were plentiful, my Diet Coke glass was always full. The price was right. The closest restaurant to the Fairfield inn & suites, Palmdale. Not great curb appeal, but come inside the door and you will definitely be pleased.

Very good Mexican food! Will be back! I ordered and it was ready in 15 mins! Great service:)

Hey I thought this place was just a building and never tried it but what I'll say is sometimes the old, "Hole in the wall" is good old fashioned Mexican food and it was pretty good

Authentic food, great service, friendly servers; great place for Mexican food, have been going for over 10 years and never disappointed.

I just had dinner with my adult daughter and a friend with her adult daughter for some girl time and mommy and me time. It was perfect. We were able to take our time eating and talk the evening away. I tried the crab stuffed jumbo shrimp and it was great. My daughter said her beef burrito was very good to. Only disappointment was they only serve beer and wine and we were hoping for some margarites! They served a wine margarita, and it was pretty good and saved us some money.

Inside is nice n cozy! Nice staff and good food. Prices are reasonable!I was pleasantly surprised how nice the inside was!Loved the huge wet asada burrito! They also serve beer .... And they have two taps!

Speedy Joe's seem to make very good wet burrito just the way I like it. The burrito will full you up, and it prepared just satisfying-right! This place, in the 3rd pic burrito was nasty and fuckin' dry! I even ordered a wet burrito with guacamole inside, but my order was fucked up by this place! I had to go to Speedy Joe's to get my a properly made Wet burrito!!!!
