Sparkling Image Express Oil Change

I have been bringing my cars for oil changes and car washes for years to Sparkling Image at the corner of Gosford and White Lane and the service has gotten better over the years. Everyone here work hard from those that do the oil service to those that wash the cars. It is conveniently located with a McDonald's restaurant and gas station next door and a taco truck nearby. Inside you'll find a barber shop.

It is very fast and very accurate oil change place and you get a free car wash as well . All the people working here are helpful and they explain things very clearly . I have been coming here for years and I like it here

I paid about $45 and the car wasn't clean . I could have done a better job myself at the Cruz thru. They hardly vacuumed the floor it looked like and they missed an obvious cookie laying on the ground of the car. I would not waste my money on a car wash from here ever again. Literally could have done a better job myself. Was very disappointed and felt very ripped off to say the least. I was also a gloomy day and there were not many other customers there so it wasn't that they were busy. They just sucked. This was the location on Wible. I think the white lane one is better but still too pricey for what it is.

I have been coming to Mobile One Lube Express off an on for a few years. I have taken a Ford Explorer, Ford Fiesta, Nissan Frontier, and Fiat 500c here without any problem with either vehicle. Generally speaking the service is fast (depends on the day/time) and a free car wash is included with an oil change. They are a little pricey, but with the car wash & convenience I'd say it evens out. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

I paid $50 wash and they hardly touched anything. I would rather pay $20 unlimited down the street and wash it myself. What a waste of time and money. I don't know what I paid for

For as long as I can remember this car wash/oil change location offered a free full wash with an oil change. This goes back to when it was a jiffy lube. Well guess what, no more. They now offer a free outside wash. They think that we are ignorant and don't look at other places. They are certainly not the cheapest place to get oil changes in Bakersfield. In fact you can score a cheaper service at a couple dealers. The only thing that separated them from the "other guys" was that they offered a free full car wash. That sales advantage was and is a huge reason that they were constantly busy. Oh well I'm done I have located two places already that will be more than happy to service my auto. Oh buy the way when I confronted the manager with my concerns, he told me he would give me the full car wash for an extra $15.00. NO THANKS.

I've been coming here a long time! Never had any problems! Inspections are thorough and completed in a timely manner!

$45 for a car wash! Crazy. Can't believe this place is open for business. They took the prices down so you can pick what you want.

Went in for an oil change and per usual, they ask about your filters and if you'd like them to be changed. I usually change them myself and planned to do so after my oil change. However, one of the workers comes in asking if I'd like them to be replaced and I told her no simply because I change them myself. But then she comes back again with the engine filter in her hand and starts talking Spanish when I never spoke to her in Spanish to begin with so I'm not sure why she assumed I was Spanish speaking. In an angry way she starts saying "look it's dirty! This has not been changed and you said you changed it! You don't want to change it?!" And when I said no thank you, she walked out shaking her head. Very rude. Her name was Cristina. Wont be going back.
