Great place to buy your guns, ammo and other supplies. Butch and Candy are amazing. My husband and son shop here often and are always happy with their purchases. If the don't have it, they will work with you to get it. We don't go anywhere else. Great mom and pop business. Love shopping local.

We loved going in there to take get our FSC and purchase our first firearm. Candy and Butch are the best, very friendly and professional.

I've been in this store twice before this last time. Both times I was looking for ammunition and their stock of standard caliber ammunition is weak. This time I was looking to do a gun transfer....the gal says it's $100 for the transfer and $35 for the dros . lol....I won't be walking back into that rip off of a store. Headed down to Bakersfield, have a couple of errands to run and will take care of it at Valley. I won't ever step foot in Southern again.

Recently bought a gun here after hearing positive things about their inventory and their staff. I was very pleased to be greeted by the owner who was more than happy to answer any questions. A lot of gun stores in the neighboring cities are run and staffed by "gun snobs" that look down their noses at you if you don't know every single thing there is to know about a gun. Not here. Happy to answer my questions, knowledgeable and friendly. I will be back shortly to buy again for them.

Our quest for an over/under shotgun continues. We were up in Tehachapi seeing family this weekend and decided to stop in.This is a nice mom and pop kind of place. The owners were very kind and helpful. They had a decent selection of firearms and gear.Even tho we didn't get the shotgun we wanted we did make an impulse purchase of a smallish rifle.I would recommend this joint to friends and family. I would have given this 5 stars but the prices are slightly higher than in Bakersfield. I feel it was a worthwhile purchase tho as I am supporting small business.

This guy i called and asked if he has any used firearms he sells. And being the rude ass he is.He said get a life and hung up on me. That's no way to run a business. I won't darken his door for a penny sale.He can live with his rudeness..

Candy was so helpful with everything I needed during my visit. She was helpful, polite, funny, and answered every question without hesitation. I couldn't recommend this place more if my own family owned it. Thanks Candy for your awesome personality and attention. Renewing my firearm safety was quick and easy, as well as the purchase of some self defense equipment. Hope Butch recovers quickly so I can meet him also. Thanks again

Rude dismissive staff. Didn't even ask me any questions or welcome me. I was excited to find an old gun store in town, but I think the drive will be worth it to get good service.

Nice place. It's a small family operation and didn't have what I needed, but they were quite friendly and accommodating. They made a good effort to help me find a suitable substitute.
