Just really bad. The cone was SUPER SHORT and there seemed to be a need to compensate for something. Not really sure. But the owner, Permit Paco is really inspiring. To be a 13 year old with a business this successful is the true American Dream.

Snowie was horrible the ice was was all melted. The owner David was rude and refused to give me a refund . I rather get a raspado from the elotero. If you're at Hart Park get your good from the elotero's not Snowie

I would turn around and find an elotero , permit Paco is a douche . Horrible customer service , horrible product , and he looks like he's high off pookie when you ask for a raspado

This little shaved ice shack is on wheels; it's hitched to an SUV in the Valley Plaza parking lot( on the Target side closer to the street next to the GET bus terminal). I'm sure they get most of their business from the bus terminal since it's so close. The owner says he's open from 10am to 10 pm everyday, for how long I don't know. It was very clean though, and nicely organized. I got the $4 cup of half peach/half cherry which was about 18oz, I can't remember exactly how many ounces lol but I'm almost sure 18. The flavor to me, I felt needed more syrup over the ice, so I would advise you taste it before leaving cause it took a little digging with my straw before I got to some flavor and sweetness. Overall I really love Sno Biz, Sno Shack is cool, but if I passed by here at Snowies' I guess I still would give them another try.

This place sucked! The ice tasted funky, the juice tasted as if watered down, they wore no gloves or masks while preparing my order, lack of customer service, it was dirty, & I don't recommend anyone spending a single penny at this business because it's truly not worth a penny.

Came here because the weather has been hot and this foo with shaved eye brows started hitting on the guy behind me in line. It was the most garbage raspado i ever had so i went to the side of the building to throw it in the trash where it belongs. & then i see this foo giving that customer i saw earlier a blow job on the side of the building! I heard him say something about wanting the customer to use a f**king machine he made out of a ryobi power tool on him. Very unprofessional & i know he didnt wash his hands or his mouth for that matter

The worst shaved ice ever. Rude customer service, messy, overpriced, and overall a disgusting place. Don't recommend :)

Horrible customer service and very rude and stuck up snow cones are also very nasty, better off with a street vendor who actually has quality taste snow cones (raspados)
