Sno Biz Shave Ice

My absolute favorite! The guy that works in the sno shed is always really friendly and he makes a killer shaved ice. I really like the ice here more so than that of the other, more well known place in town. It's smoother and they don't skimp on the flavors. 2 flavors are provided and each additional flavor is .50¢. Every bit worth the extra flavor. I really like trying all the flavors but my go to is always the kiwi strawberry mixed with the lemonade or margarita. I'm sure I'll get something different next time. Business is a cute little shack. Even though the homeless seem to be everywhere around there, and nearby because of the bus stop and other people, where are they not. I've never had any issues with any of them and don't feel unsafe when I exit my car.

Simple and delicious shaved ice I love it! I've been going to this little stand for many years and I've always enjoyed getting a refreshing shaved ice in this Bakersfield heat. The shaved ice itself is very smooth and it melts in your mouth. They have a variety of flavors to choose from and they taste good. It is also very cheap which is a plus. I believe they only accept cash so make sure to take cash!

Omg this place is amazing. Not only do they have sugar free flavors (keto family unite!!!), but the shaved ice is a true definition of shaved ice. This isn't chunky pieces of ice with syrup missing on bits and pieces of ice. This is the real deal with a generous amount of syrup, and a perfect syrup to ice ratio. I am currently addicted and have been a serious regular for the last several weeks since our weather has warmed up. They even have a nice little shaded awning that they pull out to give us some shade from the blistering heat when we're ordering and waiting in line. There's several sizes to choose from, but I'm finding out the small size at $2.75 is just enough to satisfy my sweet tooth on a hot summer day. They're also always super fast and efficiently make my family of 6 shaved ice very quick. Sometimes we add my niece, brother in law, and mother in law to our order. They'll still knock out 9 shaved ice orders like no ones business.Sno Biz is defiantly going to help deal with the summer heat. And most likely hurt my wallet and we head into the triple digit weather. Side note: cash only. But it's totally worth making a trip to the bank for this awesome deliciousness.

Inadequate service due to lack of friendliness. This place doesn't accept cash over $20 and they don't accept any type of other payments. For a small business To turn away customers, leaves me completely baffled. Friendly advise: Time to update your business model, learn to adapt to the times, and treat your customers better with less attitude.

They have the best ice here! It's not chunky or rocky it's so smooth and melts instantly in your mouth. They are open 11am-10pm and that's even during COVID. They don't accept $50s or $100s cash ONLY! No credit/debit cards allowed. For snow cones $3 for small $3.50 for medium $4 large and $5 extra large.

Yes!! They make the best snowcones! The ice texture is so soft and fluffy... Makes the perfect snowcone because its easier to chomp on. I have tried the pina colada flavor and they dont skimp on the juice flavoring either! The flavor was not overwhelming or to much but perfectly sweet... I also tried the blue shack snowcone huts (snow shack i believe its called) and compared to snow biz there is no comparison ! because snow shack skimps on the flavor and the ice texture is much harder .. Snow biz has a lot of flavors to choose from even smoothies and blended ice coffees and churros! , person inside the booth was cool and friendly and the prices are about right. Nice summer time treat :)

Best shaved ice in town! The ice is smooth and the flavor doesn't slide down to the bottom like other places. I've gone here since I was a kid and the quality has never faltered! It is cash only so make sure you have that on hand. They don't accept $50 or $100 bills either. They also have sugar free options and also offer coffee drinks, smoothies, and churros!

It is only open seasonally, but whatever you get I expect you will enjoy. As the name suggests, this places specialty is snow cones. They have other great food and drinks, too. We got churros there and they were great. They also serve iced coffees and smoothies. I believe you will not be disappointed with their service and their food.

Amazing customer service..... literally total joke.Showed up at 9PM, I can understand if the business is closed; however, when the window is still open and patrons are walking away, the employee decides to close up shop rather then letting customers know that he is closed. At least at the snow shack the juvenile working the window has enough business etiquette to tell patrons that they are closed for the evening and not just slam the window and blinds closed like a total prick.
