Store was clean. I was greeted promptly and friendly. Love the lay out and the selection. They're a little steep on the incense b/c most places are at least 10 incense for $2 but I get it. Their price is their price - period. Do I recommend anyone stopping by here? Yes, check them out. Would I come back here ? Yes.

2 stars only for the nicest guys that helped my husband out ! I'd give five but that curly headed dude is rude af and makes the whole customer service look bad with his attitude! Like really who is rude to their elders! My dad went in for help with a pip and he was rude from start to finish! If I would have went wit my dad I wouldn't have let him buy anything at all with the way that dude acted!

I love this store, because I love their staff and their wide selection, plus their awesome music! Lenny, Manuel, Edgar, all the staff are courteous, helpful and kind. Feels like I'm with family when I'm there. *****

The staff are super friendly, and store is always clean, I live right by the store and they are always reliable on what I need for my day to day . I'm literally in there everyday and wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks guys

Don't go here, owner is a piece of shit, no refunds, everything here breaks instantly, can tell most products are at least low quality or halfway broken by this point. Picked up a vape at 6pm yesterday and brought it home it worked fine for about 5 minutes and then it didn't. I better get a refund, I have actually spent thousands here. All kinds of bongs, bangers, and glassware that I used to buy from here. I am very very disappointed. I could've spent the same amount of money at a dispensary, while getting 10% cash back, on a WORKING vape, that I did here. Seriously guys. NO WONDER why your parking lot is always fucking empty when I drive by it. 15 dollars isn't a lot bro but ill buy another vape if you at least give me the money back.

Store was clean and there was a great selection of rigs and pipes. But the service was awful. I wasn't greeted and the dude behind the register was watching tv. They also try selling you the low value glass that no one buys before asking what you're looking for. The effort was not there.

CHECK THE QR CODES AND VERIFY THAT YOUR VAPES ARE LEGIT! Only reason I decided to post this review is so that people are careful and make sure they check their product, if they're not aware that their product is fake then why would they mind people verifying their Vapes are legit? Got this message after posting the attached review! Shame on you, and nothing is worse for business than not being HONEST! I've been going to this place for years now and I never had a problem with their products or their customer service, however I had bought a Eleaf vape from them and after scanning the code it came up as fake on the official website, I got a refund as soon as I brought it back which was nice and I was told that they get them from the actual supplier, this incident happened again with a Smok vape pen, which was also fake, he said the same thing that he gets them from the direct supplier and that it must be a mistake. I was given a refund again which I appreciate, however I would really recommend to check the QR codes that comes in the boxes of every vape that you buy, whether is their fault or not it's better to check than to be putting yourself at risk!

I would rather go here than any other smoke shopIn California, just about. The staff is always Respectful and welcoming, and very knowledgeable about their products; as well as, professional and courteous. They have the best prices and the best selection.

I have come here and bought the same vapes from this shop at least once a week for a year or so, but recently I came in and bought a vape from the same usual brand that was not working well out of the box. I demonstrated that it was hitting weaker than my 4 day old vape after only a few hits out of the box, and was told that it works just fine and got no help. After having spent hundreds and hundreds here I guess I expected to get taken care of a little better, I clearly would know if the vape was working properly since they know I'm in there every week and I never ask for any refunds. Probably not coming back.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! There bongs don't even last a weeks. I bought a bong on Saturday and it broke Wednesday night. I took the down stem out to fill water in an when I went to put the down stem in it just completely snapped almost cutting my finger in the process. I didn't even use force, just slide it in a it snapped like a twig. This place has good deals but there bongs aren't worth it if they don't even last a week.
