I go here for all my needs, and every time I show up. I am met with a smiling face. Asking me how i'm doing and what can they get for me. The guy in the morning doesn't smile too much haha, but he is very nice and helpful. All in all, i've found some of the best prices on my products, from nicotine pouches to Kratom here and they even got a very nice cigar selection. To the employees keep doing the good work you do and don't let anyone's bad day rub off on you, you guys are much appreciated. To the owner these employees you have are one of a kind and are appreciated

Just an update to let y'all know this place is garbage and don't waste your money here. Overpriced like a mf and quality is trash. I will be driving to delano to the house of fun smoke shop they got way better pricing and still have gas and money to spend! Selection is old and dusty and not to mention they'll take your money and not refund it. "All sales are final " what a joke. It's owned by a middle eastern which explains why prices are so jacked high and don't refund. No wonder people stay stealing from here. Good for the thieves keep it up!

Refuse to go anywhere else. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I bring all my friends/family here. They have a giant selection of every thing and even get my incense from here. Very clean as well

Came here recently with my cousin to pick up some butane, and had a great experience.The shop itself is one of the biggest smoke shops I've ever seen. They had all kinds of beautiful glassware, as well as products I'd never even seen before.We had been in the store for less than a minute when an employee approached us to ask if we needed help finding anything. I kind of wanted to look around, so I'm not sure why I responded immediately with, "Yes, we're just looking for some butane."He listed off several brands of butane and their prices, and I said, "Whipit's fine." In Bakersfield, a can of Whipit is only $5. What a steal. My cousin also got her Lookah Seahorse dab pen here, and I ended up liking it so much that I'm considering getting one myself. Great ambiance, wide product selection, friendly employees, and decent prices all make this the best smoke shop in Bakersfield that I've been to so far.

I have going here for years and I spend alot of moneybon cigarettes my husband and I. There is this girl and owner refused to give my husband his cigarettes after it cleared the bank. He showed them that it took out of bank he did not care. I will never ever go there again they lost a loyal customer.

Overpriced!! They used to be decently priced but now the owner has majorly price gouged For one flume vape I paid $36

Highest prices in bakersfield and most of their vape juice id expired by 2 years or more! Seriously check your expiration date next time. We refuse to support this business anymore

As a person that is new to the world of cigars, I was intimidated to walk in a smoke shop and ask for guidance. However, Cory was extremely polite and patient with me while explaining their vast selection of cigars. The service was 10/10 and I highly recommend anyone looking to get into cigars to check this spot out.

I asked for a vape that I get from anywhere else. I could tell both employees were high the second I spoke to them. It took about 10-15 minutes for them to get the vape I ordered. I used Apple pay without even seeing the price because they didn't share the screen or cost. I then realized I was charged more than double for a 5000 vape that I always get for $25 for a 20,000 vape. I then asked that they exchange or return it, they denied and seemed as if they were too high too care. They told me it was the same thing even as I showed and compared my old vape (same one I ordered). I was furious and will never go there again.

These guys are. Rip off the people that work there are garbage,got something the guy sold me crappy cigars and wouldn't give my money back , don't go here trust unless you want to get ripped off
