If I could give NO STARS I would!!! RUDEST customer service ever!!! Clearly all these great yelp reviews are from years ago! I went in to get some rolling papers was NOT even acknowledged the guy behind the counter was to busy talking about how his wife was robbed twice there and how they have NOT yet come to take their vapes. Will not RETURN and will be making a phone call.

Love this place for my battery and vape. They have a nice selections and always have new ones in. The employees are really nice and give discounts from time to time.

It's super clean and nice in here, they have a huge variety of vapes and glass pieces and accessories and a huge variety of fine premium cigars that I couldn't find anywhere else The customer service is great and beyond amazing Definitely coming back here for anything I need

This place is actually called Smoke Rings #3 now. Do NOT go here! They sold me a used vape with incorrect pieces. I noticed there was a problem as soon as I got home to put it together! Charger didn't fit, previously had vape fluid in it, gunk in the attachment pieces, etc. Couldn't return that same night as they closed a few minutes after I left. Tried to call the next morning and the guy I talked to was pretty rude. Said that basically they didn't sell any item in that condition and that all sales were final. He suggested I speak to they guy who sold it to me but wouldn't let me know who was on shift the night before. The right thing would have been to apologize, own your mistake, and replace it. Save your money & the hassle! Stay away from this place!!!

This is one of the best vape shops I've been to since they changed ownership. They salesmen are very nice they helped make sure the vape I got worked and answered any questions I had. They also have really good deals. Highly recommended!

Talk about amazing customer service! I will definitely refer this place to everyone. My vape mod malfunctioned and they talked to the manufacture for me and got me another one the same day!! This place deserves 10 stars for being out of this world

So this is for sure my go to!!!! I live a mile away and I go there for my puff bars. Not only do they have thewidest variety but the customer relationships they build really makes he experience so much better. Every time I come in and they have a new bar they tell me about it and wwhat others have said about it as well. I don't write reviews very often but smoke rings go above and beyond. Never have any issues and I will always come back!!
