Sirenitas Mariscos Sushi And Lounge Bar

Food was great , the waiter was super kind and the food came out in a timely manner, we ordered the molcajete ranchero, with corn tortillas, a Pasta Marinera and to drink some cantaritos and a Paloma , everything was great, the only thing is I wish they would have put grilled queso Cotija instead of melting cheese , the place is nice and tidy and music was playing the entire time .

Went during the lunch time hour on a Wednesday and we were pretty much the only people there. Party of 6. They took our drink order pretty quick and came back shortly after for our food order. I ordered the carne asada plate and it did not disappoint! The presentation was great and everything tasted very good!!! Well, with the exception of the beans, I preferred them to be a little more salty than what they were. Also ordered an agua fresca de pepino and that was pretty great! A little sweet but not too bad, a little vodka would have been amazing haha. If the alcoholic drinks are as good as the plate I got, I'd probably give it five stars. Place is pretty spacious and was really clean.

The food was great with good flavor and portion sizes. The food took longer than we thought because they might have been low staffed but the servers service was top notch. The servers communicated often that the food was on its way, they were on top of refills, and helping pack our leftovers to take home. The ambience is very nice, great music in the background and it looks like the place turns into a club at night with a nice bar. Definitely recommend!

This is my 3rd review of this restaurant. In all fairness a party of 10 of us came in on a Sunday and had their brunch and it was decent. This Saturday Nov 4th 2023 my husband and I came in for a drink and chips/salsa at noon and they were CLOSED! No signs, no warning just closed. We came again on Sunday Nov 5th and they were opened but their advertised brunch was cancelled for the day. Also, it was just my husband and I, the TWO of us and we were told by the hostess/waitress that they were not able to accommodate "big parties," since they were short staffed. Here's the kicker, there were two of us, so she confused me when she said they couldn't accommodate large parties. We asked about drink specials and the same gal said they had no specials and were not doing anything extra on this day. The parking lot was full but I'm assuming the vehicles were staff because there were no other customers in the restaurant aside from us. Let me reiterate, the restaurant was EMPTY. No other diners and the hostess discouraged us from eating there, even going so far as to say they couldn't accommodate large parties (two of us) and they had no specials. She even mentioned that they were short staffed (multiple cars in the parking lot and no customers). Also, one of the waitresses was outside chatting with a male in a white truck the entire time we were talking with the one waitress inside. Long story short, this business takes their customers for granted. Since their food is mediocre they should try their best to be great at hospitality. They failed at both.

This is the old cuckoo restaurant. Looks like it turns into a night club later in the day. We showed up around 5pm. There was plenty of parking and we were seated very quickly. The menu is a mix of Mexican and sushi. We had to do some translating for folks who didn't speak Spanish because the menu section was all in Spanish. The drinks were good, tamarind margarita was my favorite. I'd come back again.

Great food, and cool vibes. I love going to dinner here during the week, the service is always amazing!

I stopped by Sirenitas before heading back home to the 805. I loved loved loved my food! Los camarones en bolsa did not disappoint at all. I'm so glad I came by! The service was amazing. The waitress and waiter were both very nice and attentive. Ambiance was a vibe as well. Good music and a full bar. Next time I'll have to make sure I'm not driving so I can get a drink a two. The drinks that the surrounding tables were ordering looked so pretty and yummy. I can't wait to come back :D

Was in the city of Delano. Decided to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. Chips with guacamole was really good. It had great flavor. Also had a few drinks. However, this place is a bit over priced for being in such a small town. Our waiter Drake was fantastic. He provided great service to our group of 8.

Went with my hubby for date night. Had a very well made strawberry margarita and I ordered the Ariel Roll Sushi. Had so much flavor and the presentation was beautiful. My hubby had the carne asada with shrimp and was cooked perfectly. I highly recommend if you're in Delano to go eat at Sirenita's. The service was awesome as well.

Apparently they only accept cash at this establishment. Their machines for debit/Apple Pay always seem to be down. Also, according to their waitress Itzel (curly hair waitress), she said that Happy Hour menus are only available if it is posted in their Instagram stories that same day. The post I saw (attached) said "Tsunami Hour Tuesday-Friday from 2pm-7pm". I was there with friends on Friday at 6pm.. she denied my request because the promotion wasn't active in their IG stories on that same day.. so just a heads up if you plan on visiting them for Happy Hour with friends, check their social accounts first and make sure it's active in their stories. And don't forget to take cash only. They didn't have the ingredients for a particular drink they posted on their Instagram either. I drove 45 mins to enjoy this restaurant with a group of friends and it was such an embarrassing, unprofessional experience for all of us. We will not be back here. Ambiance was okay.. looks more like a night club than a restaurant.
