Simply Chic is a cool store. Much larger than it appears from the outside. They have a wide selection of gently used accessories and apparel for men, women and children as well as, a lot of unique home good items. I wish the boutique's vast shoe selection was as organized as everything else in the store. Some of the items are priced too high for being secondhand, which is unfortunate. The staff is very kind and helpful. Check it out if you're in the area.

Wow I am in love with this store. I live in Tucson AZ but am visiting family in Hanford. My sister and I love to thrift shop. I found this store on Yelp. It is PACKED with great clothes and decor. High end with modest prices. Plus they have a very large plus section for people like me that still want to be stylish. The staff is very helpful. The store is arranged beautifully. I had to limit myself to two items. I wanted a lot more. Highly recommend.

I love it I go there for all my second finds and come out with scores more then often .but sometimes I find things over costly like 50-100 dollars I mean I should go buy it new then. Or have surprises on them like damaged or gross..... now I still go there but I say wash it afterwards I had found pretty things but the amount damage for cost wasn't worth it but still have luck here and there but perks thirfting

I am definitely a big fan of the store & have been for years!I'll say, with confidence, that this is one of Visalia's finest little second hand/thrifting gems.Comparable to a Buffalo Exchange by way of their attention to quality with each item they sell. As well as the overall quality organization of the store via cleanliness, friendly & helpful employees, and their prices are a steal! I have found some of my favorite clothes, to date, try it out!

Great Store. All secondhand for a great cause. The christian vibes were immaculate. A little pricy for me for a thrift, however, all of the items were very good quality. Think of this as like a resale type of store (ie: crossroads) in the sense of quality and price. I will be returning! I hope they add more to their Retro section. The whole store is Huge and I love how they section out the clothing by style, color, type, and size. really great.

it's only good if you have money. everything is ridiculously overpriced, especially for a second hand store. they mainly focus on name brands and don't even care for the condition. 24$ for some beat up boots! should've stayed at rescue treasures.

Was in town at a convention and staying at the downturn Marriott which was walking distance from the boutique. Pros. Cute little boutique that the proceeds benefit Visalia rescue mission. They had dressing rooms. Well organized. The clerk was very friendly. The inventory is more high end then there bigger thrift store on Mooney Blvd.Cons. Not a huge selection Not dog friendly. The parking is on the street.

I was forced to choose one star, otherwise I give a zero star rating! I spent $180, only to be treated like crap. I purchased some shorts for my niece and when we got home we noticed it had a security tag left on it! When we went back the next day, they were rude acting like they were unable to remove the tag. Told my niece she would have to take it to Forever 21, to have them remove it! HOW AND WHY IS THIS ACCEPTABLE?! After calling and speaking with Makala (who said she is the manager) she proceeded with saying that these clothes are donated this way and they have no way of removing the tag. So, are we suppose to be stuck with this item that has a security tag on it with no refund, really? I told her first of all, the fact of the clothing being donated was not the problem because they chose to turn around and sell the clothing, making it their responsibility. They never disclosed this information at the time of purchase. So, playing "holier than thou" is not going to work. I now have to call the person in charge of her (Whom she says is Crystal-the Director) to request them to take the shorts back and give me my money back! The "Christian" vibe hear is very phony! Maybe because my niece is a black women, Makala feels she can get away with speaking to people with such disregard! I have shopped here several times, and now I will take my business elsewhere! I would not recommend shopping here because not only are the prices too high for the quality of items but they are fake "Christians". Not acting like servant leaders in any way, is really disappointing! Not wanting to take responsibility of the situation to give us the refund is now wasting my time and money....In a global pandemic, I think they should be a lil worried about business. Yes, customer service was beyond terrible, the store stinks, and the clothes are over priced.
