Simplicity

Ran into this place on my way to sushi, so decided to try it out. Pasta is home made, but service was good and friendly. The vodka cream sauce was very flavorful but the shrimp was pretty much not there, and that was an additional 8 dollars. The red pepper sauce was bland. You build your dish- pick the pasta and sauce, add protein etc for additional cost. I added shrimp to mine and there was maybe two in there cut into 4 pieces each. The bread sticks came with 4 at 22 bucks a piece, tasted a lil frost bitten. Overall a bit pricey and the food didn't quite match.

Simplicity is a sister shop to the wine lounge Complexity a few doors down. Offering great cheeses as well as wine, crackers, sausage and jams for sale, this is the one-stop store for all your wine party needs in the Antelope Valley. Anna was very helpful with all our questions and gave us free cheese samples to help us make our choices. She explained the history of the store, future plans and shared information about the cheeses we sampled. I fell in love with the Elderflower cheddar and took home a nice sized chunk to savor at home. There's a wide variety of cheeses of highest quality to try, as well as rows of wines. The store features a large kitchen area and apparently cooking classes are in the works. Everything was spic and span. Cooking utensils and other accessories are available; sandwiches and drinks too. Highly recommended! Hours are 11-6 daily including weekends but call first. Free parking in the lot.

This is a great place if you want to host a small gathering and want to buy for appetizers. They have a large selection of cheeses, meats, and wine. It's a one stop shop for charcuterie. I forgot to ask about the cooking classes, but overall the store is new and very clean. I highly recommend the Stilton lemon and honey cheese and Stilton cranberry cheese.

The Antelope Valley is stepping up!!! This is definitely considered a step in the right direction for a night out on the town! The service was top notch, the food is delicious, & the ambiance is everything! It's a little pricey but what isn't that's worth your a wonderful dining experience.

Not so much a review rather than an fyi. If you're having Italian for dinner, stop in and get a bottle. This Tuscana is worth a trip to the shop.

Amazing selection of tasty cheeses, wonderful wines, and lots of gift items. The staff is so personable. The owners truly care that you have a wonderful experience there. Now I'm craving some charcuterie goodies!
