Sierra Minit Mart Plano

Use to be the only gas station in the area with spotless bathrooms. We forget that. They only let you use one of the two bathrooms. The bathroom they do let you use has a toilet covered in shit. That bathroom hasn't been cleaned in months!

What the f. I usually get decent sandwiches here but tonight they couldn't make a sandwich with everything. No lettuce, hardly any tomato, no jalapeños, one cucumber slice, hardly any cheese or meat. And they ran out the meat I wanted. Didn't dress the few pieces of spinach w oil or vinegar no salt or pepper. They will try to trick you if you walk away and act like paying while they make it is convenient so you don't see them rip you off. Watch them. They rip off beer and food prices too, go to grocery outlet for cheaper beer and chips. Inflation is bad enough you don't need people fkn up w basic a$$ sammich

I enjoyed coming here because they have great service the ladies actually remember me by name and they have a good selection of creamer flavors for my coffee. Usually in the morning I get a bean and cheese burrito and a coffee not the best combination but its. good.

I don't know what is up with the cashier, and it's the same one each time I have this issue, but she has a bit of an issue. She had an attitude with me when I was going to pay for my purchases with a combination of two cards, and told me I should have told her before (I had my two cards out before I even put my items on the counter). She also had a bit of a tone and gave me a bit of an attitude when I asked for a plastic bag for my items (instead of paper bags which I can't really carry for the amount of items I bought). The lady making my torta also seemed out of it. When I walked up to her, I told her right off "#10, carne asada, hot red sauce" and she looked at me with a blank stare, and after a few seconds said "The torta?". For some reason she couldn't turn her head to the side to see the menu. She then asked me if I wanted sauce (which I had already told her). The only upside to this place is that it's always open, though there are a few other stores I can go to besides this one.

This gas station has been an amazing stop for snacks, beverages, conversation, and great customer service. If you're looking for a place off the freeway to rest up, grab some snacks, or just get out of the heat, this is your destination. I've been coming here for about a month and have never experienced any problems, and really like the customer service so I know you will too. when you do greet these wonderful young ladies by name. The service is amazing. The ice is fire and crushed my favorite and the food is made with TLC environment everyone is friendly as my go to Porterville best in town
