Sideline Towing Service

Great fast service and reasonable price in the city! My friend and I were driving back home from San Jose to Orange County. Unfortunately, my car has a flat tire when I drove on the I-5 high way. When my dealer's roadside assistance took us to the nearby city, Bakersfield, my dealer's service closed. It was over 6p.m. at that time. I finally found a tire shop, called "The Rim Shop & Tires" who was willing to wait me until 8p.m. So, the only thing I need to do is to find a towing company to take my car to the shop. I called over 15 local companies, and most of them took an advantage of me that either quoted me a high price ($100-$300) for a 5-minutes driving or told me to wait for over 60 to 90 minutes. I was worried that we could not arrive the tire shop on time and fix my tire and get back home on the day. Thank God, finally, Sideline Towing picked up the phone and Cesar told me that he can meet us after 20 minutes and only charged us $60. So, we eventually made it and went back home at the same day. I have to say thank you to Cesar and his company! I would like to recommend you to call this company if you are looking for a towing service like me. *they currently charge $60 for 15 miles!

I needed a tow, and I found Ceasar on google. He was quick, respectful, and so helpful. I will use their service a million times. He even went to dodge and got my car for me. Thanks you so much. I would recommend your company to all of great Kern county.

I manage a self storage. They are quick when I need someone towed out or just to have a vehicle moved within the facility as well as when I need emergency help.

Very rude person. Tried asking about a Car and if they could lower the price cause it's not running and the price is expensive. This guy goes " look for something else then " in a rude way and I put " Jeez rude much? " he goes and puts " Too bad " Not good customer service at all. I'll be reporting this Business. Stay clear of This Joke of a Business called sideline Towing

Cesar was amazing! Our car broke down on I-5 and he came quickly to take us to a local mechanic. He waited until the car diagnosis was complete, and then took us to a local hotel. Top notch, professional service.

When the driver got there to replace my tire. he said insurance messed up and wanted me to fix it. my obligation was to the insurance not him. Any disputes are between the. and my insurance I paid the 95$ for the insurance . driver removed my jack and placed his under my car which I thought was odd . turns out he did it to keep me there since I can't remove his equipment from my car , since he's having an issue from my insurance. I called my insurance to get it handled and they said once it's approved the driver would get paid. driver refused to let me leave or remove his jack from my car until someone paid him. then after I left him a review he responded that he had to use a specialty tool. which as it turned out was an impact gun and socket which is not specialty. and that I should have been charged more just because he has to use it. my only obligation was for the insurance payment any disputes would be between them and insurance . unprofessional and I'm looking into a civil suite because of the driver . my insurance is also investigating and weighing options into dropping this company .

The service was great the driver was hella cool and chill made me feel at home thank you for helping me out if I'm in trouble I'll call them again

My family had a rough travel today 5/27/19, truck problems in Fresno, Ca. AAA gets a 2 thumbs Dow today for having them wait over 2.5 hrs long, which I'm very surprised. Needless to say, we finally settled that situation, they would now be towed to Bakersfield then we would have to figure out how to get to LA. While in transition to Bakersfield. I start calling places to tow them from Bakersfield to LA, after calling about 5 places that couldn't possibly accommodate & didn't want to take chances, I came across Sideline Towing, readily available especially on this Memorial Day holiday. I was running out of options. This tow service met my criteria & felt more secured & safe when Cesar, the driver, told me they are insure/bonded & part of AAA! My family is now on their way home to LA. My family & I are no longer stressed about how to get home. I recommend this company because they are readily available!!!!!

Traveling on the 99 S. from Merced home to Los Angeles on a Sunday night just as it was getting dark, I got a flat! Yes I can change a tire in my driveway but as a single lady alone on a busy freeway, I panicked. Seri helped my find Sideline and just after talking to them on my cell phone I felt better. Help was quick to arrive and the service man went above and beyond since he had to remove my ripped tired flap along with my shredded tire to put on the spare. He even had a bag to put my dirty tire in. He was very competent and nice - the kind of help you want on the side of a dark busy freeway! Sideline's number is programmed in my phone and taped inside my glove box for when I make that trip to Merced again. Lifesavers! I'd give them 100 stars if I could.

Referred by a good friend was stuck on the 58 freeway Ceasar was there within 15mins great service reliable respectful and affordable I highly recommend this company will be using services again!!!!
