Shell Station

This is the most pointless pit stop you could possibly make. The bathrooms are not available for public use and the gas pumps...yes all of them, we're out of order. In addition to being useless, it's dangerous. Upon learning there are no bathrooms, people naturally beeline for the McDonald's across the street. So imagine, people about to quite literally loose their shit, running across a street frequently traversed by 18-wheelers and other drivers rushing off the highway to get gas or use the bathroom -- which as you recall this gas station can't provide. Congratulations for being the most inconvenient convenient store on the 5!

They had gas, the competitor across the street did not. The inside of the store was clean, friendly service. They had the Starbucks coffee I like!

Overpriced gas because the ARCO next door always has a broken toilet, and by this point in the trip you have to go so you just use their bathroom then feel like you owe it to them to buy gas, so you spend $0.20 more per gallon and then resent it the rest of the way to Los Angeles.Or maybe that's just me.

The man that works here is horrible!!! Ive never seen a more unhappy person. We were here on a school trip with 15 people. We went inside to buy some coffee and took literally just 2 extra cups to put some cream sugar in for the rest of the people. The man behind the counter was sooooo nasty to us. Making it a huge deal and wanting to charge us for the "2 extra cups". Its not the matter of the price for the 2 cups but how he was acting and speaking to us. We got so angry that we just left and went over to chevron. Where they were so nice and had great customer service!! Not to also mention the fact that the man put back the coffee back into the coffee pot which is a huge health code violation that I made him aware of. He just laughed like the asshole he is.

Zero Stars----Do not go here. Stopped for the kids to use the bathroom and get some snacks. Before we even got in the door we were greeted with "you have to buy something, no public restrooms" - horrible customer service!

Bought $100 worth of gas, bunch of bottle water, and the owners wouldn't let me have a glass of ice, they wanted a dollar. Yelled in fact. I went across to McD's and tbey gave a cup for free.Two lazy workers/owners. The bathroom was filthy, not a one bad client filthy, but atomic puke dirty, these guys havent cleaned this place ever. I am sure they are waiting for thier mothers to come do it for them.

Stopped here June 13 2020 at approximately 3pm. The attendant was extremely rude and racist.

Gas price is rip off. Toilet is very dirty and not working. When I told to employee about toilet he just gave me indifferent look.

Very clean station, brand new pumps, store inside is spotless, and they have a restroom for customers. Biggest variety of drinks in whole area!I will definitely visit here again on my way through!

Scam central! Stopped here for a fill up and used my card outside at the pump. Didn't realize I was putting in the wrong PIN so I ended up using a different card. An hour later I got an alert from my bank that this gas station tried to charge $150 to my card as a credit transaction!! Luckily I had a bad feeling that this place was sketchy and before driving away logged into my bank app and locked my debit card otherwise they would have been able to steal $150 from me. They're lucky they waited an hour because of they had tried when I was still close to the area they would've gotten STOMPED OUT. I hate scammers!!
