Our Manager Jeremy Robinson is the Best!He is respectful, kind, helpful, and excellent Father, with very respectful children whom I adore, not to mention very hard working at that!Jeremy does the best he can with this park but could use the support from the owners to make this park nicer and safer.

this is the worst place ever. They treat you like you are a lowlife scumbag. For any tiny in fraction or anything they don't like, they are barbaric. They do not know how to use a phone or email, they just like to print poop up and post it to your door. The manager is a really nice human being. Unfortunately, the new management company is heartless. Space 12 will be open as soon as possible as soon as I can find a new place to go. I have been here about nine years and they still treat me like used toilet paper. if they attempt to evict you, reach out to [email protected], he is a lawyer that probably can help you for a decent price or free.

Crackheads running rapid... I would give this place 0 stars... but then it dawn on me, This is a perfect place to film a documentary on the crack pandemic. So I give it one star. Just make sure you don't leave your stuff out, good look trying to get film footage from the manger who never is seen, plus the Surveillance cameras are out of date from the last time my stuff got stolen.

My husband a powerline worker was transferred here for work. We get here and about 5 more powerline workers live here. We lived here in 2012 and we never had any problems with anyone. Yes it's not a resort, but they have spots for 42ft long 5th wheels and the manager Angie is super nice. We are here for work, not for a vacation.

This is the SHADIEST place to park your RV (I don't mean that in a good way!). Having numerous problems with their "way of" billing, (one month I was there and JUST my electric bill was OVER $210.00!) as well as there being NO address available for reaching "corporate management" (aka the owners, Steve and Robert) BE FORE WARNED - THIS PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF, STEAL FROM YOU, OR JUST SCREW YOU OUT OF YOUR DEPOSIT (if you're dumb enough to give them one!) !! And then WHAT are you going to do? Sue them? You need to have an ADDRESS to send paperwork to in order to do that! Steer clear! These suckers are slippery like snot and worth just as little as snot. Have a problem while staying in the park? They will show you 20 different ways to pass the buck! Management will blame district; district's never around but if/when they DO show up, they'll tell you how they're waiting on the OWNERS ok'ing it. The owner has NO WAY OF BEING RACHED except via management; and round and round you'll go! This site WONT allow me to give them ZERO STARS - OR THATS WHAT I'D RATE THEM AT! Horrible!
