Serrano's Furniture

I am writing this review on behalf of my parents who just recently moved back to Delano. They needed some new furniture because what they had was already pretty old. They needed a good sized sofa and dining table. We grew up with the old school, "no vaya commercials" so of course we went with Serrano's furniture. Also we have purchased items from them in the past. I had pictures of the blue sofa and nice dining table my parents chose, but I erased them in a drunken haze and desperation of making more memory in my phone in hopes of prolonging the life of it. Which does not really matter when it comes to this review. Anyways, they went with a blue sofa-bed and a nice light blue height dining table. They payed and Serrano's explained they only delivered two days a week in which my parents scheduled the delivery date. There was an issue with the day of move in to their new apartment so they contacted Serrano's and changed the delivery date. Serrano's was accommodating on the new date and honored the new delivery date. Furniture they purchased was really good quality, customer service was excellent and they offer good affordable prices and honor their delivery dates.

I've had the worst experience with this place, not once but TWICE! They charge for in town delivery, they say it takes about 2 weeks to get your furniture delivered and the first time it took about a month and the next time, almost 2 months and still waitingMind you, I've called the delano store and warehouse wayyyy too many times. Save your time and money and go somewhere else

If I could give this place a lower star I would. They don't stick to their word. And there is no place I've ever been to where there is no cancellation. This place is a joke. Wanting 30% restocking fee when you haven't even received your order. Never shopping here again.

I love the selection . Noemy the sales lady explained the quality of the furniture that fit my needs and price. She was so honest and gave me the best price could. Yes I did check elsewhere , I really saved big

Worst service ever!!!! Don't attempt to buy your furniture here! They rush you on signing paper works and without telling you what your signing for. Even when you live in Delano, they still charge you with delivery and no cancellation. Over priced furniture ever!!! Go buy your furniture somewhere else. Please save your time. This furniture place should get no star at all if it give me the option.
