Friendly staff & they made it so easy! My dog loved it. The price is also great, and there's plenty of options available.

Self Serve Pet Spa is the way to go!! I would rather go here than PetSmart tbh. The building is a little small but is alright. Everything was good priced, and to wash your dog it was also very cheap. Will come here again.

Love coming here for their wide variety of dog food, services and overall atmosphere. I didn't like the customer service I received when I first came in, almost as the person was hesitant in saying hi and greeting customers. It was very unwelcoming. Not to say that this person was rude but I just didn't feel welcomed.

I'm thankful for Self Serve Spa because it saves me time and keeps my back from breaking while trying to bathe my lab. Prior to COVID walk ins were welcome. Currently they require appointments which can be made online. I usually opt for early morning to beat the heat. Staff has been welcoming and helpful. I'm checked on once or twice during my time. I love how everything is provided for so that I can just focus on washing and drying my dog. I have yet to make any other purchases there because my dog is usually in a rush to leave when we are done. The price can't be beat either- just make sure to leave a tip since they are cleaning up after you.

We love taking our dogs here to give them their much needed baths. I can't say if my dogs like it because they always managed to get dirty within a day after getting their baths. If you haven't been to a self service dog spa, they have a huge sections of tubs for washing and blow drying. They provide the shampoo, conditioner and other things you need when giving your furry babies a bath. I believe using the hair trimmer is a separate cost but it's not that much. They also sell dog food and toys aside from offering the self service spa. I haven't bought dog food here but I know they sell the organic and no feed dog food products. Come and check them out!

Horrible customer service. Arrived at 6:31 and was refused service by this establishment as Sarah said "I was well beyond the cutoff of 6:30". I then explained that I was not aware they had moved across the street and apologized that I was 1 min late and asked for understanding. I asked if I could make an appt and I was told it could only be mon-fri before 9am. Summary: Cannot make appt if you have a regular day job. Refused to be served over 1 min. because THEY moved their location. Apparently they don't need my money and I surely don't need Sarah's bad attitude.

the more i come here the more i'm impressed. i had been purchasing a high quality fresh food from another pet store but now i've decided to change my dog's food as my dog has been itching a lot. this could be due to allergies in the food i was feeding her. so i purchased a frozen 5-lb tube of raw food per the store's recommendation. upon arriving home i allowed it to fully defrost. later i determined that given a serving size of four ounces, the tube would go wasted as my small 22-lb dog could never finish it and it should not be refrozen. i was impressed that the business was willing to allow me to exchange what i purchased for another option which would probably be better for my dog. the willingness of this business to be flexible and LISTEN to my concerns will result in me becoming a long-term customer. thank you Tanner and Sara!

Great place to give your pup a bath. Friendly staff and great prices. Personal spaces are perfect for your privacy while giving your dog a bath then drying them off

Every time I go the girls are so helpful and very nice. Place is always clean. I've been going for years and have always been satisfied with their service.
