Absolutely love See's candies and their Bordeaux's and toffees! Came by here the other day to grab a few. Can't call it the Christmas season without See's Candies

Happy to report I have since gone back to this location and had a stellar experience. The staff members were friendly, helpful and efficient. Glad they seemed to have fixed the issues they had before.

Permanently open!! This See's candies location is here to stay, previously, they were a pop up only for the Holidays.With that being said, customer service is phenomenal with a huge show room, I appreciate the traditional checkered flooring. Nothing comes close to Sees's chocolate 5/5 and a beautiful location with great service is a plus!

Love this location , it's a big store. Lots of varieties to choose from. Usually I go in an out but since this is a bigger store , I take my time an just look around. Customer Service is awesome , everyone greets you right away , checks up on you. They always ask if you want a sample , I ask if I can get mine after I purchase my goodies. What a treat after I paid for my goodies , the cashier handed me a bag of samples, when I look in the bag total 6 pieces that was a surprise. I appreciate the samples thank you!!I recommend to check out this location . You will not be disappointed!!

I went to Sees Candies on California on Christmas Eve. I picked two stock pre packaged boxes of candy. One was 1lb and the other was a 2 lb box off the shelf. I then purchased another 2 lb box of candies I picked out from the display. There was never more than 3 people in the shop while I was there. One of the customers that was checking out was all smiley and polite and asked how much was a single piece of candy and the older woman that was at the register just kind of danced around the question. Eventually the patron was asked what she wanted, and the smile was gone. She said never mind and departed the store with her purchase. I thought that was odd. I make it to the register and the bill is $150. The same checker after all of the transaction is complete and my items are bagged and in my hand says, would you like a piece of candy. It seemed painful for her to ask, but I said sure, I like that kind right there. Without a word she slowly turns to another employee and orders her lunch. She then leaves the counter area and walks back and forth a couple of times until she finds some latex gloves. She then starts to put her gloves on like she is ready to perform surgery. Somewhere between the first glove and the second glove I left. Now I think I know why the customer in front of me came in smiling and left without a smile. Kinda ticked me off too. Why? I don't know. Look I thing Sees has the best candy, I love it and recommend it for people that like that sort of thing, but this is twice in two years that the service aggravated me. I guess me bad.

My daughter and I went to this store on 2/24 @ 11:30 am to pick up some candy for our road trip and we are so glad we got two angels that helped us out at the counter. They were wonderful ladies and this company is so lucky to have these two human beings working for them. It was extremely windy and all the roads were closed going to our destination. We drove halfway the night before and stayed in Bakersfield. Got into a discussion with the ladies and mentioned that what would have been a 4 hour trip was going to be 8-9 hours because our maps were directing us to go backwards to get to our destination.One of the ladies took the time as a local to show us a different way to get to our destination. We looked it up on the map and she was saving us an hour.We took the way that she suggested and not only did she shave an hour off the estimated time of 8-9 hours but we made it in 4.5 hours. Omg. These ladies don't just have great customer service, they are heaven sent and the ultimate humanitarians.We were so lucky to have had these ladies as our sales people. We got so much more for our money than candy. I can't thank them enough.

The service was amazing! The lady who helped us was very sweet, loved having a convo with her. I highly recommend this sees candies location!
