Scotty's Carpet Care

Honestly, the work was okay....but Keith quoted me a price and did not keep it. He showed up to my house for the estimate, saw the work that needed to be done, and told me it would be $175 for the 4 small rooms and kitchen tile. We scheduled the job and it wasn't until he showed up at the house to do the work until he told me that his boss wouldn't let him to the tile for the $60 he quoted me. It was supposed to be $115 for the rooms and $60 for the tile. I ended up just letting him do the work since they were already there, but I won't be using them again and I definitely won't be recommending them to anyone I know. Job cost me $200 instead of the $175 that he originally quoted me.

If I could rate less than 1 star to describe my experience with Scotty's Carpet Care - I would. He showed up with another helper. We moved the couches outside the door for them to clean and they ended up not getting cleaned. In short, what ended up happening was the owner Scotty was complaining the whole time about the heat. He ended up just leaving without saying a word and left the helper behind to clean everything and he did a real crappy, half-ass job. And he told my husband some sob story about his family that was unprofessional and not necessary to know AT ALL. A few minutes later we overheard one of the two men screaming (probably in a fight with each other) and then all of sudden we looked out the window and they had packed up and left!!! They didn't clean our couches, our footrest or our pillows like we asked!!! We are in such disbelief that someone would a run a business so unprofessionally. I would not recommend Scotty's Carpet Care to ANYONE! The worst part is that he asked for the cash ($100) up front before he took off the first time and came back because we called him to come back! Like wtf??? How rude and trashy you are, Scotty. Thanks for wasting our time and little money that we had.

I was unimpressed with Scotty's rudeness & lack of professionalism. He came out to determine whether my carpets could be cleaned or needed to be replaced due to numerous pet smells. He was 20 minutes late and didn't bother to call, or apologize when I finally called him to find out if he was still coming. When he finally arrived he could not stop telling me how bad my carpets smelled! Yes they did smell bad (that was the reason he was there!) but I expected some professionalism and tact. Instead I got the opposite. I actually had to ask him to stop talking about how terrible my carpet smelled and focus on the reason he was there. He also barely examined the carpets at all before determining whether or not they could be saved. Because of this experience I definitely would not recommend Scotty's Carpet Care to anyone.

Keith came and cleaned our carpets. He was friendly, answered all our questions and just was amazing . I will definitely give my friends your info if they ever need carpet cleaning. There prices are very fair to. Thank you again keith for your great service :)

DONT DO IT.....You get what you pay for. $100 for simple spots on upholstered chairs to be left behind (cleaned afterward with store bought upholstery cleaner) and the area rug now smells like must, in fact I walked in the house and the house smells like moldy musty wetness. area rug is ruined.....

I called Scottys carpet to have some dinning room chairs cleaned right before the holidays last year. Not only did they do a great job on some filthy chairs they came the same day which was the night before Thanksgiving. Their prices were very reasonable too. A few months ago I decided to have my grout cleaned on my kitchen, bathroom and hallway floors. I called Scottys and they did an AWESOME JOB! It still looks like new tile and I have a 3 & 6 year's old and two dogs. Great price and amazing results. I highly recommend them.

Scotty cleaned our carpets and did a phenomenal job. He is very conciencence and made sure to do a deep steam cleaning with his truck mounted unit, which pulled out all the dust and stains. He also steam cleaned our large sofa which brought it back to life! Scotty's Carpet Care is our goto for Carpet and Flooring Cleaning!

Absolutely not good at being reliable or at doing a good job! Made an appointment for them to come back and redo two small areas that were not cleaned by them right he tells me 8am the following week and guess what? He never shows! Probably on the golf course no phone call nothing PISS POOR work and service always late NEVER AGAIN!

Due to illness, I was unable to keep up with my carpet care and then right before the holidays our dryer caught fire and sent soot flying through our house.Needless to say, we were devastated.I was introduced to Scotty's Carpet Care through our insurance and not only was he and his assistant, Joshua, professional, they were kind and considerate even though the job was daunting.I will recommend them to everyone for every kind of carpet, furniture, and tile cleaning.
