Scott is a fantastic photographer and did an amazing job accommodating me to get the photos ready before Christmas. I contacted Scott about a 2 weeks before Christmas to see if he would be able to take photos of my cousins and I got give to our grandma for Christmas. Due to scheduling we couldn't all get together until 12 days out from Christmas but he assured me he would have the photos ready. Scott met us on-site at Hart Park and took us to several spots here he took photos, he was great about advising us on where and how to stand as well as showing us the photos on camera after taking them to make sure we were happy. He got the photos to me in 9 days and I had plenty of time to print and frame them for Christmas. Our grandma loved the photos and I"m very happy with the price and quality. Scott is great and I highly recommend him for all your photo needs.

Scott Ryan Photography did such a beautiful job with my maternity shoot. I had never done a professional shoot before so I had no idea what to expect (or what to do!). He asked for example photos before hand to understand what I was looking for, took time out of his day to scout out spots around town, and made the whole process so enjoyable from start to finish! My pictures are incredible! We already rebooked him for my sisters weddingI highly recommend booking for any of your photography needs!

It was such a rad and fun experience with Scott Ryan Photo! They were so great to work with and made the whole process enjoyable. I received my photos 10 days after the shoot which isn't a bad turn around time. I appreciated the opportunity to work with Scott Ryan Photo and will definitely be using them again in the near future!

My husband and I are very grateful to Scott and Courtney for helping make our wedding day magical. They were easy to communicate with. They replied quickly and accommodated my request to have a video call for further instructions. They were generous with their time. They asked us what poses we want, what views we want and who we want to be included in the photos. Apart from their own creative ideas, They honored our requests/ ideas for the poses. In terms of editing, they agreed to edit photos and the highlight video according to our needs/ desires. The icing on the cake is that their rates did not break our bank. We recommend them :)

Scott did AMAZING on my wedding photos! We absolutely loved them. I looked like a princess. Cant thank them enough for the hard work they put into capturing my special day!

Where do I even start?? Courtney and Scott are just amazingly nice!! We had a blast the entire shoot! They were so accommodating when it came to scheduling the shoot which made things so easy. We decided to do a couples shoot after seeing their Instagram and the final pictures came out better than we could have ever imagined!! They not only helped pick the location but they also helped with our poses! As we all know taking photos can be stressful and sometimes you just don't know what to do or how to pose but thankfully they are pros and walk you through step by step on what to do!! They made it such a wonderful experience for us and we definitely plan to shoot with them again!

We have had a mostly negative experience with Scott Ryan Photography after hiring them as our wedding photographer. I am aware that most people won't read this entire review but I wanted to be as honest as possible. So if you only get this far, I would highly recommend that you pass on using this photographer for your wedding and continue looking. We had multiple extremely unprofessional interactions that we were willing to overlook until the final straw.My final decision to terminate this vendor was after we spoke to them about not posting our engagement pictures to social media until we had a chance to send out save-the-dates or invitations, which we have not been able to do due to Covid 19 and the inability to actively plan our wedding. Our pictures were posted to Instagram without a single word of communication. And we were having friends contacting us about the pictures when we wanted them to be kept private and released to family on our terms, as agreed by Courtney. Instead of taking responsibility for the lack of communication, the response I received was "so much time had past I believed I could post them. My mistake." To add insult to injury, we were also blocked on Instagram.Now to address the other issues beginning with our engagement shoot. The first red flag was a scheduling issue when they had put the wrong date down after we had a written text agreement of the date. Luckily, I had reached out to confirm and Courtney was able to fix it to the original date we agreed on. On the day of the shoot, Scott was upwards of 30 minutes late for our sunset shoot and we were not notified until I asked where he was, nor received even an apology at his time of arrival. He is a talented photographer and is very enjoyable to work with but in this situation, it was handled very unprofessionally. And then, it took 6 weeks to receive our pictures. After not hearing anything for 2 weeks after the shoot, I reached out for an ETA and was told "a week or so" which ended up being 4 weeks from that time (During these 4 weeks I had reached out a few more times to get a new ETA, sometimes with no response). And when we finally did receive them. They were of poor quality after trying to print them and took even more time to receive pictures that we could actually use. And, again, I had to reach out to them for an additional ETA. I was offered $100 off the total price for this issue, which was satisfactory until the pictures were posted without any communication. At that time, I requested a refund for the difference between our "deposit" and the services we actually received and they refused and stated "I'm sorry you feel that way."I, then, found out they never received a signed contract. They neglected to tell me they did not have a signed contract on file. When asked, they would not produce a copy of the contract that was signed by both parties for me and was told to stop contacting them. On their website they list their prices and I could see that the services we received (engagement session) were priced significantly lower than the money we gave them (a $300 difference). We asked for a refund of the difference and did not even bring up the $100 we were promised for the prior errors. They refused and suggested we take them to court... I contacted a mediator instead, they refused that as well and kept the $300 difference... again, WITHOUT a signed contract.The overall experience with Scott Ryan photography has been not only disappointing, but disrespectful as well. Their customer service and communication skills are lacking to say the least. I can't imagine what further issues we would have encountered if we allowed them to actually shoot our wedding. I would advise that you continue shopping instead of deciding to use this photographer for anything of importance. If you think of each of the stars as points of the interaction with a business, one star each representing important aspects of customer service: communication, timeliness, quality of customer service, knowledge of product, and quality of product (for example), then Scott Ryan Photography will receive one star at most from me for the talent of the photographer and ONLY that.I have decided to post screenshots to verify these encounters I have mentioned. I was friendly and flexible and gave them ample opportunities to correct the issues but clearly my kindness was taken for granted as the errors piled up.

What can I say about this AMAZZZINGGG Duo?! Ryan and Courtney are one the most awesome people you will ever meet. They are professional, energetic, and an absolute joy to work with. They always make me feel at ease and comfortable when we do our photo shoots and delivers beautiful pictures. Always looking forward to working with you guys. Thank you and I appreciate you both!

Scott was very professional and easy to work with! He really knew how to pose us and chose a great location for our style and what we wanted. We felt very comfortable during the photo session. The pictures turned out better than we could have imagined. We will definitely use him again!
