Marlon and his team from dispatch to service has been outstanding. From our dishwashers to refrigerators to washers and dryers, scheduling to ordering to repair, they are kind, very knowledgable, conscientious and go the extra mile, leaving things in working order at the end, and clean up after. After painstakingly looking through reviews to find someone to fix my LG refrigerator water/ice maker and calling several to see if they worked on the LG fridge I got a positive and rapid response from Sconii in-home appliance repair. The appointment was made and then confirmed by text which I really liked. Mr. Marlon Sr. showed up on time and went to work on my poor pressure water dispenser and my in-door ice maker which my wife and I thought one affected the other but we finally found out that was not the case. The first problem was a faulty piece that had to be ordered and came to my home. After the part arrived (he had already made the appt time to replace the part) he came and promptly fixed the issue. I was assured all was working but after 24 hours the ice maker was making ice but not dumping the ice. Sconii was called, information was given by photo, and he returned to repair this issue. We were informed that the ice maker was faulty and had to be replaced. And the prices of these parts are pretty high and we were paying because we canceled our home warranty 3 years prior due to poor service and other issues. so Marlon Sr. told us he takes care of his customers, and he did. He had to come back twice and never charged us additional service calls and he managed to get us a new ice maker installed for more than 1/2 off. It did cost a little under $500.00 but had he tacked on additional service charges and the full cost of the ice maker ($399.00) we would've been into this fridge over $700,00 easily. Mr. Marlon Sconii Sr. kept his word and schedule and was extremely fair in pricing. We will use him again for any appliance that requires an expert. Thank you Marlon Sr.

I called Marlon Sunday morning because my refrigerator stopped working, totally not expecting to find affordable same day service anywhere. He was extremely professional and showed up that afternoon, when promised- as promised, which I greatly appreciated. He was able to repair the refrigerator within 30 mins. I was very impressed with his attention to fantastic customer service and extremely reasonable/ fair pricing. I will definitely give Marlon a call as needed to service my other appliances and 100% recommend this company.

Mr. Marlon provided me with excellent service. He is so Awesome!!! Mr. Marlon not only came to repair my refrigerator on a day that he had off but came earlier than scheduled. He searched relentlessly for a part that was hard to find until finally he found one in Fontana. Mr. Marlon picked the part up just to replace it with the old one, and ultimately putting a big big smile on my face. He approaches his work with deference and professionalism. I am a fan. Thank you Mr. Marlon for your outstanding service.

You have to use Marlon if you're in need of appliance service. This what he did for me. I called him on a Sunday night and he answered my call. Shocking, I know. I explained my predicament. I had broke the washing machine on/off dial. While we were on the phone together, Marlon looked up the part number, then gave me the web site where to buy the part. I was able to order the part and install it myself and save the cost of a $50-$100 service call. Anyone else would have come out to the house, purchased the part, marked up the part, and charged me a fat service call. Marlon is so sweet and reputable. You know he really cares about his customers if he's willing to forgo a service call to help out a customer.

Called on a Sunday, left a message, and received a return call within 5 minutes. Spoke with Marlon, who was most helpful. Helped me diagnose my problem and assisted with corrective issues (dryer not heating). Marlon was professional courteous and patient. He took the time to explain issues and resolutions, ensuring that I had a clear understanding. I would strongly recommend him and would use his services if the need ever arises.

Marlon is Awesome. Last year, I had an internal freon leak in my Kegerator, it should have been thrown away. Marlon can over and repaired the kegerator so that I could use it. He told me that the coolant might need to be recharged due to the small internal leak. I am pretty handy, so he took the time to walk me through the recharge process. A year later, I needed to recharge the system and he stayed on a call with me to walk me through the process. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and always answers my calls. I would recommend Marlon to anyone who needs a great repair guy they can trust.

As a homeowner/consumer, when it comes to home repairs, I tend to shop with three factors in mind: 1) Good customer service; 2) Product knowledge; and 3) Cost effectiveness. With Marlon Watts, owner and operator of Sconii Appliance, I got all that and much more. On the initial phone call, I actually spoke to a LIVE PERSON and not an answering machine. Marlon's phone etiquette is professional and kind. His in-person customer skills are also A1. As for his appliance knowledge and expertise, he is excellent at trouble shooting and repair. He fixed my Kenmore cook top with ease and efficiency. As for cost effectiveness, I thought I was going to have to buy a brand new one and possibly spend anywhere around a thousand dollars. However, Marlon only charged me a fraction of the cost for parts and labor. In addition, to all that before he left, I had a few concerns about two other appliances, a Kenmore Elite oven with a minor door issue and a Samsung gas dryer duct. Marlon was kind enough to take a look at my oven and without hesitation, just fixed it (grease droppings trapped on the inside of my oven glass door). As for the dryer, he checked the duct for proper installation, both inside and outside vents. He gave it a quick thumbs up approval and at no charge! WOW! How is that for excellent customer service! So if you are looking for an appliance repair company, look no further, Marlon with Sconii Appliance is the one to call.
