Not the best fried chicken I have had. The chicken breading wasn't that good, it didn't have enough flavor and not enough crunch. The sauces were also pretty basic. Service was good. There's quite a bit of room inside but for whatever reason there's no indoor seating for diners. Only picnic tables outside on the sidewalk.

I walked in and immediately greeted and felt at home. The food was straight fire and the music was perfect. They asked what they could improve on which was nearly nothing and that shows they care about their business. It competes with the best spot in SoCal. Highly recommend.

The food is great! I like how they have different heat levels. The only thing that I don't like is the set up. I'm very uncomfortable when I wait in line, cause it's such a tight space. The people who work there are very kind.

As you've all seen I love fried chicken in anyway it comes. So visiting California I was taken to this place in Lancaster, Ca. This is a one location establishment. Their motto is a little love = good eats. They weren't wrong. We were a party of 4 and had the following, 10 pc Sassy nuggets w/ fries, 2 tenders w/ fries, loaded tots, loaded fries, jalapeño poppers and mac n cheese. Fries and tots come with coleslaw and pickles. Start off with the tenders, super juicy and crunchy. The asked for it mild but you can change the heat on any of the chicken. Next the nuggets, not your typical nuggets. They were nice and big, freshly made with a medium heat rub. Now the loaded totes super crispy all the toppings that are poured all over made it a great combination. I didn't taste the loaded fries but was told the are amazing. The Mac n cheese was cheesy and had a smooth taste. Poppers hot and crispy with just the right amount of cheese. The great thing I learned was that they use premium chicken breast's that are never frozen. The portions are big and every order is made fresh. I didn't have to wait long but was told that on the weekends it's better to order ahead. So I definitely recommend the food. The young lady who explained the process was really nice and patient. They only have seating outside. So thank you for the great food.

Stumbled on this place a couple of years ago, and I always stop here if I'm in the area. The staff here is friendly, always, and today we got greeted and helped by the owner. Anthony is very friendly and welcoming and made us feel right at home. Anthony didn't hesitate to recommend fan favorites, he took our order and repeated it to make sure it was accurate. Food took a bit of time, and it was worth the wait. The chicken tender was hot fresh out the fryer, and the sassy Mac bowls were on point. The place was packed and lots of takeout orders, everyone came and left with a big smile. We sat outside, enjoyed our food on the benches, and people watched as the sidewalk was busy.All in all I recommend this place for the friendly service, the good food, and the overall value for the portion.

Nice spot in the downtown area near the theater. Parking was decent, but on a Friday night you might have to hoof it for a block or two. The chicken was delicious, spicy, and made-to-order. Be cautious with the spice, btw, I'm a fine of spicy chicken but the regular "hot" was my limit. So only the adventurous types should go for the hottest level. Service was good, but keep in mind it's made-to-order, not fast food, so there will be a wait. My only other detail is that there's no tables inside, so you can use the benches outside, but on a hot day it's a bit miserable, so maybe just get it to-go.

Not to be cliche, but I truly am not usually one to leave reviews. Good, bad, or ugly.But let me tell you- this was *THE* singular best chicken sandwich I have ever had the pleasure of gracing my taste buds with! I'm just visiting in town until tomorrow. A co-worker who grew up in the area recommended this place to me, and I am so glad that he did!First and foremost, the customer service- UNMATCHED! Probably some of the kindest folks I've met in a while! They truly are dedicated to making sure you feel welcomed and thoroughly enjoy your experience!The sandwich is a girthy ol' girl. I think I remember the gentleman telling me that there's almost an entire pound of chicken (so come hungry!)I ended up getting the "Hot" dry rub sandwich (wasn't quite brave enough to get the "Sassy AF" on the first visit lol). Very perfectly and lightly breaded. The dry rub was phenomenal! Just enough heat to kick you in the rear and let you know that it's there. And a very subtle (but not at all overpowering) sweetness that I can't quite put my finger on, but these folks found *just* the right amount to keep it classy and perfect. You can just about taste every single ingredient in the dry rub individually. The flavors all just kinda dance around.My only VERY minor critique is that I wish the bun was slightly more toasted. But that's just me being super nitpicky. Does not change my decision to give this place a glowing 5 star review at all!The gentleman was also kind enough to bring me some of their homemade lemonade on the house, which I needn't even ramble about how absolutely delicious the lemonade was! It could easily be sold on its own and make a killing!This will definitely be my spot the next time I'm in the Palmdale/Lancaster area! Bravo, folks! Thank y'all for having me!Cheers!-Rick

Alison H was super sweet and my kids were iffy about the food but after her kind gestures she made them comfortable. She also gave them stickers She's so nice Food was good! Loved the Mac bowl

They've gone downhill to complete garbage. Food is twice as expensive as it used to be but way worse and you get way less. There's no bread in the tenders meals anymore. Was charged extra for 1/2 tots but there was a total of SIX tots in the box. Fries and tots aren't even seasoned. Chicken is hard like it was left sitting out. Barely any food in the box and what's there is disgusting. I used to like Sassy but never again.
