The staff at San Joaquin tractor is the best. They help me decide and get into the best fit of tractor for me which ended up being the Kioti DK6020. They diligently worked with me through the whole process. Any staff member that I asked a question about the tractor to answered in terms to which I could understand it. They never got frustrated with my end list, questions about the tractors and what they said that did. I highly recommend them for anyone purchasing a tractor as they work with you on the pricing and they will make sure you leave their understanding everything about the tractor that you need to know.

I just wanted to say that Brian, and All and Becky, are just the team, to make the purchase of our tractor, soo easy and all our questions we had were answered. They have amazing costumer service. So i give them 10 stars for service. On a side note, we all have gone through a lot with Covid-19 we either have lost a love one in death or we know of some one who has due to Covid. The office staff were very helpful during the process and made the purchase easy. The service department prepped and delivery my tractor on time. You can't go wrong with San Joaquin Tractor Co.

Absolutely the best guy in the local tractor business is Brian Agnetti. I was new to the mountains nine years ago, and my 30 year old Japanese grey-market 23 hp tractor was not getting the job done. I went shopping for a new 30 hp one, and the big green store couldn't even give me a price on one on their lot. They simply didn't care to sell one small tractor to one buyer. Some of the other dealers had nothing, but one of them highly recommended Kioti, and particularly Brian. Said he was an honest man. When your competitor says stuff like that about you, you're doing it right. Brian knew the terrain I live in, and recommended a Kioti 34hp model. Of course, it was the end of the model year. He offered me a smoking deal on a rental, as soon as he got one back in off rental, and I accepted. He called the next day to tell me all eight he had out on rental were being purchased by the renters, who had that option, but he's located a new one at the distributor and gotten the dealer who had it on hold to release it to him for me. AT THE SAME PRICE AS A RENTAL RETURN. Who does that? Nobody! Two days later, Brian personally delivered it to me. I had a leak a couple of years later, and trailered it down to get it looked at. The head mechanic went out and crawled under it, still on the trailer, then ran into the shop and returned with a couple of wrenches and fixed the issue. Didn't even start a work order, thanked me for being a customer, refused even a tip, shook my hand, and sent me on my way. Ten years with no repairs, working in difficult terrain. Superb machine, outstanding dealer and service.

My husband always does a lot of research before he purchases anything especially high dollars investments. When he found San Joaquin Tractor he wasn't disappointed. Brian and his employees were excellent and the equipment is top quality! We live in Arizona and Brian made the transaction so easy that we ordered the tractor on Tuesday and had it delivered on Friday. What a wonderful dealership! We purchased a new TYM tractor here. After first looking at dealerships closer to San Diego county and having reservations about doing business with them, we happened to look at the TYM website and found that San Joaquin Tractor just became a dealer. Prior to this there was only one other TYM dealer in the entire state of CA and it is way north. We are in San Diego so Bakersfield did not seem like much of a drive, especially since we had been considering dealerships in AZ, UT and TN for TYM that sells the tractor with the ideal specs for us and one of the best deals quality wise for the money. You will pay more for some other brands, but they will not have the same lifting and workhorse capabilities. When we called we reached the owner Brian Agnetti. We were able to speak with him a bit about the tractor we wanted and arranged to drive up to see it since it was in stock. Considering this would be a long distance transaction, we were nervous. We had no need to be because Brian and his team made the transaction so smooth. We drove up to see the tractor and met Brian in person. All of his team was great. Fernando in Parts, Alan in Sales and Fred in Service were also very helpful with other assorted parts for the tractor. There was a glitch as it could happen with any long distance transaction, but San Joachin Tractor handled everything with flying colors to make this a wonderful experience! We really cannot say enough great things about this dealership. It is good if a dealer can make a transaction smooth, but even better testament to the quality of the dealership and character of the people working there when they can resolve issues without stressing the customer. Brian Agnetti is one of the most likeable and genuine people you will ever meet, with integrity and a sense of humor and very easy to talk to. It is a family business and he is the third generation to be running it. Clearly they know what they are doing.
