Places like these make me totally lose hope in humanity. Just sad how nobody wants to do their job and will look for the first excuse to get rid of a patient. Just like everything else. Medical business trying to make money of the inevitable.

Please it you love your family DO NOT SEND THEM HERE! all of your fears about putting mom/dad in a home, even for a little while, will become reality if you send them here. PLEASE trust me, pick someplace else! RIP Nana

The people who work here are super. Lots appear to be leaving saying it's going downhill. The medical director would do anything rather than actually see a patient. Facilities guy Daryl was great but the building is running down. The website lies that there are tvs in every room not the case.

The staff has been very good to me. I came with a hospital gown and left with a bunch of clothing that was donated to me by the staff there the nurses on C hall were excellent always had my meds to me the CNA on C hall were wonder always taken care of my needs, ACTIVITIES was amazing very friendly funny encouraging an always had me with a smile on my face even though I never went to group activities they always showed up in my room to visit with me and give me reading material they would check on me when I was outside doing my walking exercises and encouraged me to keep up the good work I'm excited to go gone but I'm sad to leave all the wonderful ppl I met here,

My mom went here after a heart attack. She ended up leaving with a Stage 4 bedsore. It would take such a huge amount of neglect for her to end up like this. She's now home with me and I'm doing more for her open wound than this trained staff did.

One week since hearing aids were lost still no return call and unable to talk with anyone.

This is a horrible place to be employeed , they do not care about there employees at all. They are all over worked, the demands from them are overwhelming and unrealistic and they do not appreciate any of there hard work. They are quick to find something incorrect in your work and then call you out on it in front of others. As far as patient care goes the staff members are great employees that care but management sucks .

Please do not bring your loved ones here. The medical assistants are HORRIBLE. Staff here are careless towards the patients. The rooms are un-sanitized. The hall including rooms smell like urine. Staff is VERY rude. Staff have no clue what to do when patients ask for a simple things. They do not care where their patients go around the building. They let them out at night in the coldness without checking on them. The rooms are dirty every corner. The restrooms are filthy dirty with water all over the floor. During this covid-19 pandemic they only give covid-19 test once a week. They do not social distance within each other. All the workers do are talk and joke around in their office waking up patients. They do not require patients to wear mask out of their room especially when some patients are very fragile. There are empty hand sanitizer in the rooms and in the office. They are the reason my loving beautiful great grandma passed. They waited on ambulance and a fire truck to preform CPR when she went unconscious when the hospital is right across the street. This careless rehabilitation is the reason me and my family are broken.
