My car had been stolen. After it was recovered, damage had to be repaired.My insurance, Geico, sent it to San Joaquin Collision.They did a great job.They were very nice and thoughtful.After I received my repaired car, the drivers side door began malfunctioning.I took my car back, they found the problem, and fixed it in two hours.I highly recommend this place for your vehicle repair needs.

Do not bring your car into this shop. Im on my second vehicle that ive brought to them , The first one just had minor bumper damage and i had to wait over a week for my insurance to call me and tell me it was declared as a total loss because damages cost more then the car is worth, So i bought another care and took it in for undercarriage damage and once again they are claiming total loss. The vehicle is in great condition and its going to cost 6000 dollars to repair but yet they want to just rather pay me out 10,000 instead of fixing the issue worth 6,000. This place does not do their jobs

Hello:My experience here was unpleasant. The moment I walked in I was instantly treated badly; the lady at the left side of the counter conversed with me in a condescending tone. I continued to keep my cool and from walking out. I was confused because I wanted to give them my business; furthermore, I was disgruntled from my car accident and instead of feeling welcomed she made me feel judged and unwanted. She belittled me in front of her co worker Allan by sarcastically pointing out my ignorance in filing claims. The estimate I was given from San Joaquin came out $1,232.86 more than there competitor down the street. I will be gladly taking my business to Neira's Collision Centers Inc. Neira's body shop was clean,organized and aesthetically pleasing and I was given a great customer experience. A simple conversation or attitude can drastically change the outcome of your business. My advice to this company is that you need to have a conversation with your employees on how to treat people especially people that are giving their money. We live in the Information age where post like this can make or break a company. In the photos section of the company I have posted pictures of the estimates and employee to look out for.

They repaired a bumper dent I got and it bent the bracket pushed the bumper in made it uneven. Paint looks good. Very good service updates by text. Worked really well. They did everything they said they would do. Before and after pictures

The completion date for my far was originally 12/1/2023-12/4/2023. I picked my car up 12/28/2023. It took 2 months for my car to be completed. When I came in and signed the paperwork for the estimate the only thing that was brought up was that the air bag module was back ordered. When in reality, for whatever reason, there was a problem getting the headliner delivered. Then they did not order enough air bag sensors so the completion date kept getting put off by a month. They then took it to Subaru and found out it also needed a seat belt. When it was done at Subaru I had to call myself to make sure it was done, then call SJ collision so they could go pick up my car. My car now has greasy finger prints on the drivers side interior door and A pillar. When I went to sign paper work I had questioned about the windows that are tinted because I figured they would be put into new doors. They said if they were to scratch to the tint they would get them re-tinted. There are 2 noticeable scratches on the passenger front glass. On the drivers side where there was no damage there is now a scratch on the door and scratched on the plastic covering on the rear fender. There was trash left in the very back and my wheel lock just thrown in there. The car also had the wax compound all over that I had to rub off myself.

Had my SUV in for some repairs. They were extremely busy but fit me in. I have had my SUV there few times prior and they are always professional and do AWESOME work. And now my SUV looks great once again. Highly Highly recommend them!!

After a hit and run in a parking lot that resulted in me choosing to pay for the dent myself, I went to San Joaquin Collision and was so impressed! I was able to walk in without an appointment, was seen by an estimator promptly and got options for fixing my car that worked with my budget. I'm very pleased with the work.
