My husband and I went to Salmon's to purchase furniture and was a bit skeptical at first that the items we needed would be within our price range there. We were very pleasantly surprised! We were greeted by Tim Roberts who gave us all the information we needed, without making us feel pressured into buying. At the end of our visit to Salmon's we had found furniture that we love, at a price that we found to be reasonable.The customer service we received from the salesperson, cashiers, and delivery people exceeded our expectations for excellent customer service. This was our first purchase at Salmon's, but definitely won't be our last!

What a fantastic establishment to find home furnishings! High quality furniture that can be customized in many finishes. Frank and Tim helped us find exactly what we were looking for at a great price. Almost all of the furniture they sell is made in America!! Super friendly staff and a great relaxed atmosphere. Salmon's should be the first stop for anyone looking for great quality furniture. If it's not quality furniture, they would not sell it.

We have been shopping at Salmons for years. Our last purchase, which was a little over 3 years ago, we bought a Hancock and Moore leather couch and recliner. Very high-end furniture. Extremely pricey. One of the selling points was this brand had a "life-time" guarantee. Make sure you read the fine print on anything that says "life-time", no matter what the sales person says.By time February, March rolled around of this year, my husband's recliner had a huge hole worn in the neck/head area and the leather in this area was turning red. The color of the chair is brown.I took a photo of this and showed it to Salmon's personnel. They said they had only seen this happen one other time and it was blamed on medication that the person was ingesting. And they also said that Hancock and Moore would probably not cover the replacement cost.I stated that my husband does take medication, the same thyroid medication he has taken for over 35 years. He has had two other leather recliners in those years and did not wear a hole in them. I found that to be very bizarre. I also asked if there was a disclosure anywhere that stated that certain medications could affect the leather. There is not.So I was told that this complaint would be reviewed and they would get back to me. Which they did, and like I stated above, Hancock and Moore does not cover this type of damage. Wow, pay $3,600 for a chair and after having it just 3 years, a big hole is worn through and they won't replace it?But, Salmons said they would replace the leather this one time, but that we had to pay the service that would actually come to the house, take off the old leather and put on the new. This insulted me and I let them know I was not pleased with this arrangement. If this had been 10, 15 or 20 years later, I could understand it. But 3 years later, and having to expend any money whatsoever, I thought was just wrong. It was $85, which is minimal, but, Salmon's should have also covered this cost. Needless to say, they have lost a good customer.

A hidden gem in Hanford, I never would have expected to find a furniture store this nice in our quiet little town. Came in for a chair and left with half the store. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Delivery was about 6 weeks later as we chose a custom fabric but was timely and service was great. Look forward for the opportunity to do buisness here again.

Highly DO NOT recommend salmon's furniture! I went in looking for some furniture and came across some couches I liked. I recieved a quote from the salesman and took it home. The next weekend, I went to other furniture stores to compare prices and look at other options. I found the exact same couches at fashion furniture so I called Salmons and asked to speak to the salesman who helped me to get confirm the quote. He quoted me at 899 and 449 for the two sofas I wanted. The next business day I call back to move forward with ordering/purchasing the couches. He give me the SAME quote he had given to me over the weekend so I tell him I would like to move forward with the purchase. When he transfers me over to the financial department, she reviews the prices, only 1000 more than what he had told me. She transfers me back to the salesmen and I told him he quoted me a different amount then what the lady had given me. Instead of asking for clarification or communicating in a PROFESSIONAL way, he proceeds to say NO, NO, that's not true I would never say that. ABSOLUTELY NOT! I tell him I am positive that is the quote he gave me, he proceeds to interupt me and say NO NO NO! After hanging up, I call back and ask to speak to the owner/manager, thinking they would be able to help me or offer better customer service but the owner was worse! I tell him my experience and he replies with sacrastic responses such as "okay you took 4 minutes of my time to tell your side now I'm going to take 4 minutes to tell our side" and "I'm not going to say much more because then I'll be "rude" " What kind of customer service is that ???? They are nice until it doesn't go there way and then they show their true colors !!!! Management is just as bad instead of correcting or fixing the situation, they blame you for it and defend their rude salesmen!!! STAY AWAY from this store!!! Fashion Furniture has WAY better customer service AND prices!!

The manager was Rude and aggressive after calling regarding an issue with my purchase. This is not a good place to do business. I would not recommend this place at all. After several months of waiting for my furniture to arrive be on the contract time. I called the manager asking them if they could do something for extra time they where taking, the manager at one point threaten me by keeping my money and my purchase. And that he had talk to the owner of this place and they where ok doing this. I feel that this was done because I'm Latino and they feel like they can just bully there whoever they want . This has been the worst experience when a business feels like just because your a Latino they can rob you without any remorse.

I highly recommend Salmon's. They carry a large variety of furniture products at reasonable prices. The whole buying experience was enjoyable, because the sales staff didn't hover over you while you're checking their showroom out. As a matter of fact, they answered any product questions without pressure. Finally the delivery was made by a professional team, that even helped rearrange my existing pieces to get the right fit! It was delivered in a timely manner in good condition!

I've been a long time customer of Salmon's Furniture and recently purchased a new house worth of furniture. After moving into a newly constructed home, I wanted to ensure we got quality furniture that would last. We went to other furniture stores but they all sold particleboard furniture that's lucky to last a few years. The sofas were flimsy and didn't come with real warranties.Back to Salmon's Furniture we went for $15,000 worth of furniture. We got a solid wood bedroom set that's next to impossible to find at other stores. It's heirloom quality and should be the last bedroom set we ever have to purchase. The quality and craftsmanship is that of yesteryear, and something that's missing at other places. We also purchased a sectional, queen sized sofa sleeper, recliner, rocking chair, queen bed and frame, dining room set, king mattress, coffee table, etc....I used et cetera since we're always adding additional item to our home. When you go, because you just will, ask for Damn It Doug! I gave him that nickname since I kept adding additional items to our order. I'd tell him, Damn It Doug add this to the order too. He finally just stayed at the desk so he wouldn't be responsible when I found another item I wanted.All of the employees are amazing, Doug was just the one that got to help me pick everything out and followed me while I wandered around the store. The ladies at the counter, Trina, Tracy and Amy, were very helpful and gave constant updates on when the furniture would arrive. The delivery guys were really professional, and careful with the furniture. They moved the items exactly where we wanted them and didn't mind adjusting them when needed.We had one issue with a spring or something inside the sectional. Trina was quick to put in a warranty request, and the furniture warranty guy will be coming out next week. If it can't be repaired they'll be ordering a new section of the sofa. They have amazing customer service, and that's why I'll always be a customer of Salmon's Furniture Gallery.
