I am so glad this place exists in the AV! I love thai food and have lived in thailand myself so I am highly critical of thai food and I have to say, this place exceeded my expectations!Beef pad thai - the noodles were soft and perfectly portioned. The beef was fresh and not rough like other places. So good! Papaya salad- i absolutely love the thin shredded papaya. This is authentic som yum and the spice was actually spicy for 5/10! Chicken larb- chicken larb could have used more seasoning and the meat minced more but it was absolutely delicious with a side of sticky rice.Service - they take your order quickly and there is not a long wait. No one was rude nor overly friendly. I can't wait to go back and try their other items!

I've been to many Thai restaurants but this one is a gem! I always order the steamed fish with lemon grass, and the fried whole fish with mango chutney. So fresh and cooked perfectly! I've noticed they did change management or certain items on the menu, so I can't get a fresh coconut or the mango sticky rice like they used to have! If they brought certain items back, it'd definitely be a 5/5

Not sure if they've changed management or not but tried to order cranberry surprise out of cranberry, tried to order mango rice out of mango, weird vibe from the lady that doesn't smile makes you feel like you're bothering her. I kept my receipt in case they want to say I didn't pay and put it on AV scanner like seriously that's how I felt. I have my receipt when usually I would've thrown it away. I could be wrong but that's how she made me feel like lady I've been coming here for years this thirty five dollars and five cents ain't breaking me. The young guy who brought food out was way more hospitable. The food was good which is why they have been in business for so long but maybe smile. As someone who has rbf I'm trying to be understanding maybe she was just having a bad day.

Yummy ! My favorite thing to get is the seafood soup ! They're so kind and helpful I definitely recommend.

My favorite place to get chicken curry! They're always fast (usually a 15-20 minute wait max with larger orders).

This place is a gem. The food is so good! The service is excellent! I always get the panang chicken, the satay chicken appetizer is really good! Highly recommend you try this place!

Haven't been here for at least 2 years and I have to say nothing changed. The owners and workers are still friendly and service was still great. Food tasted great as well, and the prices are reasonable.

Some of the points made by other reviewers are valid--the place could use a remodel, and the service isn't always the quickest. That said, there's a reason this restaurant has been in business for so many years: the food is exceptional! It's a true mom-and-pop establishment, not a chain, and that authenticity shines through in every dish. Even those who give lower ratings for service often agree that the food is delicious and they've been loyal customers for years. I've tried Thai restaurants all over Southern California--from North Hollywood to Encino, La Cañada, and Thousand Oaks--and this spot remains one of my top favorites because of the food. Some standout dishes include the trout with mango sauce, minced chicken with mint leaves, and, of course, the Tom Yum soup.
