Saints Health Bar

I came across Saints while on my way back to work during lunch. I do follow them on Instagram, but did not realize they had opened up a restaurant. Fast forward to today I was pretty hungry during lunch, and did not have time to pack my lunch. I wanted something healthy that was not a salad...then I remembered about Saints being close by. I called during lunch to ask a few questions about the menu. The lady I spoke with was very polite and patient, especially because I had a few questions and I'm sure they were busy. She was very nice and even text me a picture of their menu. "She" was the owner and super nice when I went in to pick up my order as well. I ordered the stir fry bowl with brown rice, and it was delicious. Chicken was nice and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Whenever I've ordered from a place that has "healthy food" the food always lacks flavor or it's dry. My food was freshly made and defiantly not lacking flavor. They have a lot of food options and combinations. If you want something delicious that you don't have to feel guilty about eating try them out. Small owned business. I will defiantly continue to support!

Seriously one of the best restaurants in Bakersfield!! The green chili chicken or shrimp enchiladas are my favorite! I have it once a week!!!! For Reals! The Chef (owner) of Saints has a culinary background education from Cordon Blu. Super great place, great prices, and great owners! As for the Lola for recommendations!!

Santos and his wife are the nicest people you will ever meet. The food is absolutely fresh and delicious. This will be my new weekly mealy prep place. Thanks Saints!

Tried Saints Meal Prep today. The service was great. The staff was friendly. It was clean and neat. I tried chicken with rice and sweet potatoes. And steak with green beans and squash. Those were my preferences. I absolutely loved the flavors. The food was tasty without being too salty. The meats were tender. Vegetables were seasoned well and not over cooked. The prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be back.

This place has been the best healthy food I've had my whole trip here in Bakersfield. The owners are super cool and Great vives .. it's a must try the food is so fresh and super healthy . We also got meal Preps to go . I recommend this place to anybody .. MUST TRY THE QUESADILLA !!!!!

Since becoming empty nesters, my husband and I rarely cook. We dine out a lot and usually do not make the healthiest choices. Saints Health Bar recently opened up close to his work downtown and he had heard good things from his coworkers. I was skeptical of trying "healthy stuff" but knew we needed to incorporate more nutritious meals into our diets. I was blown away at how tasty and filling these meal preps were. We tried the Tinga Quesadilla and Salmon. Both meals were packed with flavor and the perfect serving size to keep you satisfied. I would recommend Saints to anyone looking to make better food choices or who just wants an excellent "take out" meal.

I went with some friends for the first time and had an excellent experience. Great food and I enjoyed meeting the owners as they were extremely nice. Highly recommend!!!

Awesome place. The owners are awesome. And I can't say enough about the food. Great flavor. I never had Salmon and I tried it wow my fav now. I try and get the word out about Saints to my friends and others. Stop by say hi and try the food.

Favorite meal prep and lunch location ever every single thing I've had here has been amazing. The breakfast burrito is wonderful and the pasta and shrimp is soooo good! And Lola and santo are amazing people
