Great coffee, friendly baristas, and I love the atmosphere and landscaping. Wish there was something like this near downtown Lancaster... I would definitely drive over to Quartz Hill just for Sagebrush.

Absolutely lovely cafe with great coffee, helpful service, and very cool ambiance (former gas station stylishly redone.) Some fast breakfast items are available; the cinnamon pop tart was delicious. Obviously a favorite with the locals, which is always a good sign. Free parking lot in the back, as well as ample street parking.

Sagebrush will always and forever be my favorite coffee shop! They have an amazing selection of delicious coffees and unique seasonal offerings during the holidays. My all time favorite drink is the Earl Gray Mountain, which comes topped with homemade marshmallows. So delicious!! It's a seasonal item that I come back for time and time again. They also have homemade pastries and sandwiches for order. The coffee shop is rather small on the inside and can get busy during peak hours. They have limited parking and outdoor seating as well, but please don't let this deter you from stopping by. They have cute items and merch for sale, and they often display local art inside. I truly can't recommend this coffee shop enough if you're in the area!

Very friendly staff and welcoming cafe. I love the boutique like feel of the indoor space and the delicious treat and iced chai. I appreciated that they asked if I wanted a spicy or sweet chai, I've never been asked that question. Made it seem they truly care about the drinks they're serving.

Rating: A Coffee Haven for Remote Workers Sagebrush Cafe proved to be the perfect oasis for remote workers like myself in search of a cozy spot with free wifi. Nestled in a quiet corner, this gem of a coffee shop offers both indoor and outdoor seating, providing ample space to spread out and get some work done.A Symphony of Flavors in Every Cup My choice, the Lavender Honey Coffee, was nothing short of exceptional. The fresh coffee paired perfectly with the delicate sweetness of the honey, creating a harmonious blend of flavors. It was evident that Sagebrush Cafe prides itself on using high-quality ingredients, resulting in a truly memorable coffee experience.Cleanliness and Courtesy The cafe's commitment to cleanliness was evident, with spotless bathrooms that added to the overall pleasant ambiance. Customer service was courteous and attentive, further enhancing the enjoyable atmosphere of the cafe.A Minor Hiccup with Wifi The only downside was the wifi, which unfortunately didn't cooperate during my visit. As someone who relies heavily on internet connectivity for work, this was a bit disappointing and led to a deduction of one star from my rating. I had to utilize my hotspot since I had a couple of meetings and it might be because I was using a Mac that the wifi didn't connect. However, if judging solely based on the quality of the coffee, Sagebrush Cafe would undoubtedly receive a perfect score.A Return Visit is Inevitable Despite the minor inconvenience with the wifi, I would not hesitate to return to Sagebrush Cafe. The outstanding coffee, inviting ambiance, and overall positive experience outweighed the hiccup, and I look forward to another visit in the near future. If you're in need of a caffeine fix in a charming setting, Sagebrush Cafe is the place to be.

Stopped by on Friday, 03/29/24 for the first time around noon time. Ordered the following to go:- 1 Cosmic Matcha (small, hot, almond milk - additional $0.70) = $6- 1 Matcha Love Latte (small, hot, almond milk - additional $0.70) = $5.90CC (credit card) fee = $0.25TOTAL = $12.15Sooooo good and not too sweet. I love the richness and authentic taste of the strong matcha. Minimal wait time and there were a couple of customers either studying/working. A great place to hang out and a true hidden gem. I also admire the bold exteriors (bright green color - my fav)!

Sagebrush is a must visit spot for us when we make the trek down to Lancaster. My favorite drink is the Sage Freddo, but I LOVE trying their seasonal specials from time to time. It is the adorable kind of place where hipsters and neighborhood regulars come together to enjoy a great coffee, wonderful food, and good company.

Hands down my favorite coffee shop in the AV. When it's not insanely hot and windy outside, they have a great patio to work from. The inside is a bit small so if you plan on working from there keep that in mind. This time around I tried the Sage Fredo based a review I read on Yelp and it is now my favorite drink! I also grabbed a strawberry matcha for a friend and that was pretty good as well, definitely visually appealing if you're looking for an insta worthy drink If you are looking for a sweet treat, you have to try the home made pop tarts. The only con is the drink size. The cups are a bit small in comparison to the price but just think of it as saving on the calories!
