Rusty's Pizza Parlor

The food is good it's pizza and mojos so you can't really go wrong. It was fresh out the oven so that's always a plus. But the food is made out in the open and NONE of the workers who gloves. When making a pizza all toppings and the dough was touched by the preparers HANDS. The cashier was making a salad with no gloves on then came to take my money then I seated myself so I'm not sure if she washed her hands after our transaction. I asked for ranch AFTER I PAID to eat with my pizza and they said they change.89 cent ...almost a $1.00 for a small CONTAINER so I passed on it. The service was decent. Just a short wait because the cashier was preparing a salad with NO GLOVES ON. They bring the pizza out to you. The server said if the manager wasn't there he would've gave me the ranch but with the manager being there and allowing them to work with no gloves on should be noted as poor management. The ambiance is out dated pizza parlor style but everything looked clean and surprisingly there was several people there on their lunch break; like myself. If your a germaphobic I won't recommend if you don't mind strangers preparing your food with no mask or hair net or gloves then eat at your own risk but at least your pizza will be hot out the oven.

Ehh, it was just ok. Slightly better than Little Caesar's Pizza or frozen pizza but WAY MORE EXPENSIVE. Their wings were soggy too. This was my first and last time having their pizza.

Horrible service , food isn't worth the wait , called in order said 35 min , almost a hour before food was ready , place has gone down hill

Wow. I mean wow. I fully understand the negative reviews here. What SOGGY WINGS!I asked for them Extra, Extra, Extra crispy and they arrived like rubber chicken. The skin couldn't have been less crispy. This is genuinely my last order with this forgettable chainlet. Dire food.

recently ordered a Pizza, it ran me just short of $45 for one pizza; won't be back at those orices.

I always get it delivered to my home and it's always on time. Best pizza in Bakersfield in my opinion 5/5 stars

Done with this place. Half the time there is something wrong with the order. They are getting stingy with toppings and ranch and the food gets to us cold Half the time.

Very happy with pizzas and service Chicken is great. Would highly recommend. I drive out of my way for this particular parlor. They're not all the same. May be small dining room but the pizza is quite worth it

The last few times we've ordered Rusty's we were all but impressed. This time was the straw that broke the camel's back! Spent $55 on a large one topping pizza, wedges, 12 piece hot wing, and garlic bread....waited 45 min for my order only for my pizza to arrive completely burnt and undercooked wings! Called to complain and the "supervisor" was only going to offer a $5 coupon on our next order! Um, no thank you! There will NOT be a next order. This is not the quality that Rusty's used to deliver and it's very disappointing, especially for the price! Now my family is waiting for them to "pick up" our order and deliver a new one.
