My daughter's outdoor ranch wedding was all set, and then, a week before the date the forecast said possible rain showers. The venue recommended Rustic Yard Events and I am forever grateful we chose them! We wanted a clear tent with chandeliers and were lucky enough to book the last one (30x40x8). I can honestly say that having that tent made all the difference. At dusk you could still see the mountains and once it was dark the lights made everything magical. From the moment I spoke to Carlos I knew we were in good hands. He and his crew came through on everything promised, arrived on time to set up and take down, and were a joy to work with. I can't recommend this company enough, I hope you give them a chance to show you what it's like to hire a company with excellent customer service and values. One last note: they offer so much more than tent rentals so check them out.

A week before our wedding, we saw rain in the forecast, even worse, it was going to be a pretty bad storm & our venue was an outside venue. We found Rustic Yard on Yelp and reached out to obtain quotes. To be honest, I reached out a few different times as I wasn't sure what to rent (heaters, tent, sizing, etc.). This was the last thing I wanted to deal with before the wedding but Carlos made the experience so seamless. He was patient, understanding and direct. We rented a clear tent with patio lights and chandeliers that made our event magical. They set up the tents, dropped off the heaters and furniture the day before the wedding, in the rain and still did it with a smile. They were professional through the entire process. They provided amazing and reliable service at a great price. Carlos, thank you from the bottom of our hearts, to you and your team, you saved our wedding.

Carlos & Diana Mendoza run Rustic Yard Events. Them and their team we are the best in the industry. I have been working with RYE since 2021; I contract out with them for my own Event Design Business (Rose Gold Heart Events). I use them for all my design services. From their beautiful tables, chairs, specialty linens, backdrops, tent draping, lighting, etc. large selection. They provide excellent customer service, and by excellent I mean excellent - every single time. They respond to me in a timely manner, email me the quotes requested within minutes of request, they have an extensive selection of products, they provide competitive pricing, they provide excellent production and set up. Their team is always on point. I can honestly go on and on. I am a loyal and consistent vendor that works very well with this awesome company. Hands down best prices, communication, and service! We just had our company's Thanksgiving Dinner and rented tables, chairs, napkins, charger plates, candles and a clear tent from them. EVERYTHING was in great condition. Originally I was going to use another company but due to the rain I needed a last minute tent and they didn't provide that service. Rustic Yards' quote came in almost at the same price as the original company but it also included the tent Thank you Carlos for being so patient with me and servicing our last minute event. From now on Rustic Yards will be our only vendor for rentals.

Rustic Yard Events was an absolute pleasure to work with. My wife and I were recently married in July & continue to talk about how important of a role our vendors played in the planning of our wedding.From the very beginning, Carlos from Rustic Yard Events was incredibly helpful, communicative, insightful, and understanding. We gave him our vision and he made sure to provide plenty of recommendations, visuals, and mock ups.I am a very particular person and I wanted to make sure everything was done right. Because of that, I scheduled so many different calls, sent so many texts, and requested a few meetings to go over set up for the big day. Carlos, as busy as he is, never failed to make himself available to us!Carlos was also a huge help because we bought a few different props for the wedding, such as a large mirror, some candle holders, and chargers, and he offered to take those items to the venue for us so our family did not have to worry about making a trip. This gesture on his part was very much appreciated as it took an unnecessary stress off of our shoulders.Rustic Yard Events has an AMAZING variety of equipment, props, and party essentials. Everything they provided for our wedding was beautiful & of high quality.But, again, above ALL else, Carlos is just an amazing person to work with. I cannot explain enough just how helpful he was in this entire process.Their prices can't be beat and neither can their service.10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

A massive thank you to Carlos and his team for flawlessly handling our wedding! From start to finish, they took care of everything--from design to the final set-up--with incredible flexibility and accommodation. The quality of the rentals was outstanding, and the team was exceptionally professional and meticulous, especially given that we got married in a rented house. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Thank you Carlos and his team for setting up our wedding! We were able to rent the rustic farm tables and chairs that we were looking for. He also set up the papel picado across the entire venue, just as we envisioned. It was a bit difficult to get in contact with Carlos when we had questions or needed clarification, but overall, the job was done successfully.

This vendor lies. Here is picture proof to back up what I stated in my previous review. They contacted my abusive ex and now they're lying about sending this email that caused even more issues for me during an already challenging time.

They are friendly, always available, and prompt. Also, very reasonably priced! I've use them for two events so far and both times the service was exceptional.
