Running P Ranch

This venue holds a special place is our hearts! We got married here in 2014 and just wrapped our baby shower this weekend. Sally and Mike Pace are a dream to work with and their staff is always great and helpful. This venue comes with pretty much everything for an amazing rate. As of today, you can have flexibility on DJ, bar setup and catering options, tables, linens and chairs provided, they book security for you and make everything seamless. They even will offer additional resources to help you set up and breakdown. There is a reason we had both important events here and it is worth a tour and getting to know the Paces. You will be in good hands on your special day and every day leading up to it. We look forward to the many years ahead of continuing to hold our events here.

My family of 5 (3 adult children) stayed at the Running P for several nights while visiting Kings Caynon and Sequoia National Parks. Sally and Mike were fantastic hosts. They gave great advice as to what to see and the logistics and timing for visiting the Parks as well as nearby restaurants. The location of the Running P Ranch is convenient to both park entrances and an ideal place to unwind. We had everything we needed to prepare meals including a stocked Keurig machine for morning coffee.

Our Son & Daughter in law found this beautiful venue for their wedding almost 4 years ago. Recently, we were back for their baby shower! The grounds are well maintained & the outdoor lighting add just the right ambience to your evening event. Owners, Mike & Sally are very accommodating & such a delight to work with. Just recently had my sisters wedding at this venue, not only was it beautiful scenery but the owners of the venue were such a HUGE help during the process. They were extremely knowledgeable about the process and shared their knowledge they also helped before during and after the wedding. Both husband and wife were very personable and had great personalities especially during such a stressful time. When the actual wedding took place the entire even was beautiful and just amazing. The venue itself is breathtaking and you will not go wrong if you decide to host any event here. I cannot say enough how thankful we are for such a wonderful experience. All of our guests were just as impressed as we were with the venue and talked about how lovely the venue was and how great the service was as well. I just got married at this venue. First, I just want to say how this venue was the first venue my husband and I viewed when we decided to have our wedding outdoors. We fell in love and decided that it was affordable and the owner's Mike & Sally treated us well. Throughout the planning process, Mike and Sally were helpful, accommodating, and very knowledgeable in regards to planning and preparation. They did not make us feel as though we bothered them with our many questions and were always easy to get in contact with. The venue is beautiful and the weather was perfect. The staff that assisted were also great! We were very happy that we chose this venue.

Just got married at this venue and absolutely loved how everything came out! One of the biggest reasons why I chose this place was how personal the owners were. They were very friendly and open to what I had in mind and gave great advise on how things should look and run. The lighting (done by Custom Event Lighting) truly made this place look magical when the sun came down. Very happy with the end result! :)
