One of the best decisions we have made was to choose Royce Wedding & Events to be our wedding planner!Initially I wanted to plan/prepare our wedding by myself because I wanted to enjoy every single details of it, however, between my job and a planned oversea travel in between it was difficult to find time to manage all things in between, plus the fact that the coordinator at our wedding venue was extremely difficult to communicate with as she's always late to respond to my questions and did not seemed to have my best interest in her mind. At the last minutes we decided to hire a wedding planner and I was so glad that my friend referred Flora to me. I actually felt relieved right after the first time I spoke with her. Their team was well organized, detail orientated, knowledgeable and professional. Flora and her team were able to accommodate my busy schedule to go over things with me after business hours (and sometimes at night) which was incredibly helpful. She helped coordinate things with and between all the vendors and our venue and made our lives much much easier.I highly, highly recommend Royce Wedding & Events to anyone who's looking for a wedding planner who's professional, efficient and always have your back no matter what hiccups might happen on or before your big day. Flora and her team set up a perfect wedding ceremony for me and my better half on our big day in February! Flora is very professional and detail-oriented to say the least, and she helps us navigate the planning process from the very beginning. From venue searching, vendor recommendation to event day coordinating, she and her team demonstrate a high level of professionalism and passion, and I can't remember how many times we had long conversations to finalize all the details, and they are always there ready to help.Given the corona virus situation started to surface in January this year, we had to adjust plans more than once due to travel changes from our guests, and Flora's team helped us negotiate with the venue multiple times, which saved us a ton of stress and time so we can focus on preparing the other parts of the wedding. One last thing worth highlighting is that our original plan was to have an outdoor ceremony, but the wedding day was projected to be rainy by the weather report, so the situation is suboptimal and fluid. Since Flora had worked with the same venue a couple of times before, she came up with an indoor setting plan as the backup and walked us through both plans in detail during our rehearsal. It turns out it's indeed raining on our wedding day and the indoor plan worked out perfectly. Both we and guests enjoyed the whole process. I can't say how lucky we are to have Flora's team helping and guiding us.We had great experience working with Flora's team!

I've been meaning to write this for some time now, We did not end up going with this wedding planner for a few reasons. Let me start off with something good. They definitely know what they're doing in terms of planning a beautiful wedding. But, they're ALSO a florist or works closely with a florist and all they could really talk about was the cost of flowers. Flowers this flowers that.I couldn't even explain my vision properly because all she could talk about were the flowers. AND when they provided a breakdown of my wedding and majority of the money went straight to the flowers.. like really? what about EVERYTHING ELSE?But what really made me the most upset. Was during the meeting, Flora kept looking directly at my fiancé. While I was talking, while she was talking. It's as if she was having a private meeting with just my Fiance. I thought it was just me being sensitive, so I decided to initiate a conversation or ask questions to her. Each time she replied MY questions, she would look directly at my fiancé. It made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and her actions were completely inappropriate. Both my fiance and I made it clear to her that I was the one that would be making most of the decisions. But yet, Flora couldn't take her eyes off my fiancé. What a shame, I actually wanted to work with them, but due to her disrespectful and inappropriate manner I decided to take my business somewhere else. the two stars are for the fact that they have planned some beautiful weddings.

Flora and her team definitely made our wedding vision came true. My husband and I wanted something elegant and simple. Flora and her team helped us work with all the details including timeline for our wedding day. Flora also helped us with finding amazing vendors and she is always available for us whenever we have questions or concern. On the day of wedding, we did not have to worry about anything but to just enjoy the magical day. Flora went out of her way to make sure my wedding look beautiful and really took care of details that we didn't catch! We had to cancel everything except the ceremony with our pastor due to the virus, and Flora made it even better than we were expecting. She gave 100% up until the end. Thank you Flora!

Flora and her team are very nice, professional and helpful. We chose her as our wedding planer 4 months before our wedding day. She set up our wedding timeline and designed wedding themes were perfect, we loved it, and she will contact all the vendors that I need, this part would save us a lot time on our wedding.
