Royal Spa Car Wash

Kind of upset I paid $40 to have to wipe under the sides of my car, as well as the giant dirt streak the guy left on the hood. Not really sure how you miss that.

I've never had a problem with this carwash. HOWEVER, when i had my car washed there yesterday I noticed a $4 charge on my receipt in addition to the $33.99 for the wash. I asked about it and they said it was for OVER SIZE. My car is a Honda CRV! I'm not going back.

One of the last if not the last full service car wash in the Antelope Valley. I always have been satisfied with my car washes.I look at the photos of people complaining their trunk wasn't vacuumed or the Gatorade stains weren't removed and chuckle. They don't vacuum trunks, the inside of door handles or arm rests. They vacuum the seats and the floor. Just like every other car wash for regular washes. As for stains, unless you have your carpets and seats shampooed, they aren't going to remove your stains from your seats and carpets. Just like every other car wash. If you want a full detail their price is comparable to other full service car washes and they do a comparable job.

this is why I hate Palmdale. The discrimination is just add a fucking hand. I can't even get my goddamn car washed. Dude says my car takes too long to wash the menu. Clearly states that at 69.99 for a wash wax by hand. But it's gonna take me $120 double. And then he states he doesn't have time to wash my car so just back up and leave. Meanwhile there's another Tesla being washed right the fuck in front of me. Hopefully, let me upload videos.

I have no idea why yelp deleted my review but here I am posting it again because there's zero reason why it should have been taken down in the first place. I went to this location for close to 5 years. I used to love it. It went downhill. I paid about 40 dollars plus a 10 dollar tip for this awful work. Avoid this place at all costs. I'll keep posting this review if you keep asking yelp to take it down lol. You can't hide bad business, but nice try! Maybe try doing the work properly for the ridiculous prices you charge. A 9 dollar gas station wash does a better job than your employees do lately. The fact that you're taking down negative reviews just shows how desperate you are!! And I agree with the other negative reviews, they are very rude here as well.

This is my favorite place I go to get my car hand washed! Everyone else is express. Customer service is excellent and they do a really good job on making my car look its best!

Giving it a 3 stars. For 198 for a detail inside the car. They do an okay job. For the most part, my car is much cleaner then it was before. I appreciate the work you guys do however, it could have been better. Compare to a Mobil detail car wash service which they do charger much more but gets a much better result. If your looking to get your car detail, make sure you know what your getting. I was expecting a bit more.

If I had the option to leave 0 stars I would, customer service indoor was horrible. Plus the fact that there isn't a sign that you are going to get charged extra if you have a "bigger" car is not okay...let customers know that ahead of time! Also, the cleaning was baddddd!!! Car is still dirty in so many places of my car. For 30 dollars honestly go somewhere else.

Was there on Saturday and they scratched my car. When I tried to talk with the manager about the scratches he just kept saying, 'my guys don't do that', and shooing me away. When I said that one of his crew must have something sharp in their pockets or a belt on he said, 'my guys do what i tell them'. The scratches are right where you would lean against the car to dry off the roof. I have been going here for years. I told him I would not be coming back and he said that was fine. He was adamant that his guys didn't do it, but would not go confirm that they did not have any sharp objects on their persons. The place was not crowded. I was the only one there @ 8:30 am.
