Imagine my surprise when I went to visit one of my favorite taco trucks, and saw an INDIAN food trailer sharing the parking lot! Now, I love good Indian food, but my wife loves it even more. I sometimes stop to get her something at various trucks around the area, but it's usually Mexican food of some sort. They had just recently opened up, and the trailer looks brand new. It's certainly spotless. The owner is very friendly, and always brings out samples of something while I'm waiting for my order. There's big fans and misters on when it's hot, which is a lot of the time here in Bakersfield. A big shady seating area is nice too.If you're into Indian food, you'll be happy here. Everything is so flavorful, the rice, which is Basmati, of course, is perfectly cooked, and the portions are good. We've had the chicken tikka, the paneer tikka, and, of course, the goat curry. I know I like them, and my wife says they're all very well done. She knows more about Indian food than I do, so Ill just say LOTS of flavor. We've had butter naan, and garlic naan, both perfectly done, and my wife says the Lassi is excellent.

Good food at a great price, the owner was really nice and inviting. The Garlic naan was a plus!

Very tasty Breads, chicken curry and Dal Tadka. Grilled items will take time so better pre order before reaching.
