Roxanne's Cafe

This restaurant has a nice selection of breakfast items. The customer service was great and the food was delicious. If you go, definitely try their biscuits and gravy. You will not be disappointed. Definitely will be coming back!

We enjoyed everything about Roxanne's: taste of the food, cleanliness, and service. We had standard breakfast fare, and everything tasted great. I got chorizo eggs Benedict, which was a little different and very tasty. It was a bit rich so it maybe be helpful to have the hollandaise sauce on the side (or easy portion).

Great food at reasonable prices. My husband and I come here every Saturday. We love it here.

I hadn't eaten here in a while and decided to try them out for breakfast. This used to be a cute little restaurant to have breakfast (Sunday brunch was the best!) and the food had always been really good. The remodeling makes it feel less like a restaurant attached to a hotel and more like a dining room for a hotel. Good wasn't bad, but wasn't great either. Service was so-so. There was no background music or anything either and it was really echo-y in the room which made talking to my boyfriend strange and also got really loud when a large party came in. Overall, if you're staying at the hotel and want breakfast it's fine, but there are other places I'd rather go.

I hate to give it such a low grade as the waitress was very kind and helpful. However, here it goes, the room was about 60ﾟ... very uncomfortable, ok it was freezing but the free breakfast felt it was worth the risk. We attempted a couple different dishes. My wife's eggs were cooked perfectly..over-medium and pretty good bacon. The toast was barely toasted and soaked in melted .. I assume butter. The coffee not so good but drinkable. The fruit was under ripe, my egg & cheese omlete was 50 % cheese ..sounds good right?, and initally it looked good. Unfortunately, it was not warm enough to melt the cheese. The cafe was clean and organized. And for free I hate to complain.For the record the gal at the front desk needs to go away. Three separate experiences (see below) and each time she was unprofessional, appeared sad, mad, and tire or hateful toward my wife and I. whatever it was it was a big turn off. She would be gone ..no second chances.1. The initial check-in. 2. Towels for the pool. 3. Free breakfast Chip. I refused to get the chip on day 2.

Excellent, that about covers it!!Buffet and Wonderful, patient staff.Recommended for all hungry People.

Roxanne's is my favorite place I town for grilled sandwiches. I love their Ruben. I get my pastrami on grilled rye. The cook places little pieces of pickle in the pastrami. What a great add-in. The patty melt on grilled rye is a winner. My favorite side is the potato salad. It is fresh.

Ordered the western burger with onion rings.Onion rings quality like Carl's JrBurger was flavorless and not a western burger. It had lettuce tomato and mayo and barely any bbq sauce. It was a good bun though.

Today is Thanksgiving and we decided not to cook this year. So we were trying to decide where to go. The few places that were offering dine in; one was charging $23 per plate, drinks not included, while the other was $70 for four plates, drinks not included. One of them didn't even know what they were going to charge till the night before as we kept calling to find out. Roxanne's had a perfect advertisement, which mentioned all the details. They have a huge parking lot, so parking is easy to find. Roxanne's was $25 per person, all-you-can-eat, with free soda refill drinks and juices like Cranberry included in the price. They had a big selection of Thanksgiving favorites, full salad bar, customized omelette bar with all the extras, fried fish, bacon, fried chicken, corn on the cobb, and a whole table full of cakes, pies, cookies, and tarts. Not one employee had a bad attitude. Every employee was friendly, polite, competent and professional. They have cushioned booths, and tables. Their dining room is large with an open airy feeling with large windows with a good view of the surrounding mountains. The restaurant is newer and cleaner than the other restaurants. I'm usually quick to complain about bad products & services. Surprisingly, I had only one complaint as I ate way too much and left in pain. I love Roxanne's and will definitely be returning in the future. I highly recommend them. Thanks Roxanne's employees and manager! You made this Thanksgiving a wonderful day for us.

If I could give zero stars I would. We tried the cafe bc it's under new management. First of all you don't get real silverware but rather plastic silverware! We ordered breakfast- the menu shows fresh blueberries with the pancakes but what came i. It instead was clearly thawed mushy strawberries. When a 4 yo gives the food thumbs down, that's a situation! Our other items took over 45 minutes even though there were only 2 other people in the restaurant. When the food did arrive it was truly inedible. Ever have sweet and I seasoned tomato sauce on your huevos rancheros? The rancheros were smothered in the sauce, tortillas were so soggy they fell apart and then to see mozzarella cheese o crop- blech. But then..... there's the eggs Florentine omg- the English muffins not only weren't toasted, they were t even warmed. Then on top of the nicely packed eggs, was more than 2 cups of hollandaise- hollandaise from a mix, not freshly made and so gross tasting. I'm scraped the crap off the two eggs and that was the only edible part of the entire dish. The service was so slow and no explanation and actually no excuse unless the "cook" was on google looking up how to make huevos rancheros and eggs Florentine - but that's a fail bc neither dish was properly made. We took our granddaughter to the restroom and it was so utterly filthy we wouldn't let her use it. If this is new managements idea of good food then I suggest a new manager. The only plus was the server was pleas t albeit not do we ex abt the long wait. It is a NO to ever try again.
