What a joke, why call yourself solutions if you don't do anything!! Came to supposedly "fix" new TV that's not even a DAMN MONTH OLD came with parts mind you, all they did was change a setting the technician said and I quote "If the issue continues, contact us or Samsung and we will gladly come back and install the parts, but I think that should take care of it" Damn TV disconnected again and called like the technician said and Samsung support was good they stated part had already been ordered the first time. Then these guys first bust out with well order the part (ummm they were already ordered) to now "Ummmm well we're going to go check it and of there's nothing wrong with it that's going to be $150" The tech didn't install or change a part to begin with, the TV now disconnects periodically thanks to whatever was changed and now depending on what you feel you might charge me since you feel it might or might not spot the issue....... Either train all the technicians the same to do things a certain way and not do one thing or another and then see if you " might charge if you feel like it"

Chris was an excellent technician and very friendly. He knew exactly what the issue was with the ice maker and had brought the replacement part with him. The ice maker is working like a champ now! He arrived timely, and the work was completed quickly. We highly recommend him. Thanks Chris!

Rude! Rude! Rude! Believe the reviews on this company. Customer Service is horrendous. They are nothing but rude people and their customer service is extremely poor. They tell you as the customer you are rude and hang up on you. This company has been reported to Samsung and the BBB. Got some advice for you Ross Technology Solutions, if you're going to own a business you should be have some professionalism and your customer service should be excellent. Obviously I am not the only customer with a terrible experience from this company. You obviously forgot the purpose why you were in business. FYI their BBB rating is a "F"

Ross Technology came out today and spent about 15 min looking at my Samsung refrigerator. They are affiliated with Samsung and Samsung sent Ross out for the final diagnostics.Long story short, I've had Best Buy out 5 times to try and rectify water leaking from dispenser, Best Buy has changed out valves, water lines, and even the refrigerator door... still leaking water. Best Buy said this is now a Samsung warranty issue.... This is where Ross Technology comes in... 3rd party affiliation with Samsung...They were there 15 min to tell me they couldn't fix because I'm the 93314, 93312, and 93309 zip code area in Bakersfield, there is air in the water causing the water leak and is common with Samsung... this guy basically said it is what it is.... Bring it up to Best Buy.This place is a joke. Air in the water, causing leaks and he said he responds to 3 a week in these zip codes.What a joke. Go somewhere else and stay away from Samsung products

We have an open ticket with Samsung and this company called us today saying they're coming out tomorrow but we aren't going to be home. We spoke to Jessica on the phone and she was very rude and unprofessional. She stated that they have 7 business days to complete the ticket. Opened the ticket last Friday and it's now Wednesday (4 business days) which means we can still schedule for upcoming Monday. She told us now and said "It's tomorrow or you guys need to call Samsung and reopen a ticket"We all know how long it takes to get ahold of someone at Samsung. But that's what this is resulting to.Terrible customer service from Jessica.

I had a 10/10 experience with the repair of my Samsung TV. They were awesome with the communication and overall professionalism.I'm not sure about all of the negative reviews but I wanted to jump on here to add that I had a wonderful experience! In the end, after finally scheduling the appointment, the service was excellent. Turns out that the issue with my Samsung TV was very uncommon. After changing the motherboard, the tech found out the the problem was the IR and they had to order another part. Yesterday, Patrick who is the son of the first guy who came out, and changed the part and got my TV working. He was especially nice. The issue with scheduling was due to the fact that their techs work all over Kern County. They should say that instead of just saying "we don't have techs in Bakersfield tomorrow" which makes no sense since they are located in Bakersfield.BTW after the initial scheculing SNAFU, I contacted Costco who told me to contact Samsung directly. I did and they were very helpful and told me that if I continued to have issues to contact them and they would make it right. I have had many Samsung electronics over the years and this is the first time I ever had a problem until now.

Worst company ever!!! Extremely rude staff!!! The owner is just as bad. Poor customer service!!! They diagnose the issue with my Samsung dryee over the phone!! Which was a joke right there. They said the heating element needed to be replaced. Then they get here to say oh no there is no problem with the dryer!! Excuse me!!! Its not heating idiot!! A freaking joke! Now back on the phone with Samsung for a dryer that is not even a year old!!! Smdh. Once again worse company ever!!!

Called and spoke to one of the "girls" in the office to see if we could have someone come check our washer. I explained what was happening, how long we had the washer and my name. She proceeded to ask me the same questions (obviously not paying attention) and did a questionnaire so the technician could do a diagnostic and call me back with an estimate. 3-4 hours later after not hearing anything I called again and spoke with the "office manager". She asked for my ticket number. I told her I didn't have one. I didn't go through Samsung. After her being short with me, she said they still hadn't heard back from the guy and again I would have to wait...I received a call about 20 min later with their estimate $150 labor$165 for a part They hadn't even looked at my machine!! Don't use them! I called someone else for half the labor that would go towards the cost of repair....
