Rosedale Village Rv Park

Very nice.. Quiet and safe. Restrooms very clean. Nice friendly staff. Great place to stay!!!!

Stayed there for 3 weeks. Many permanent residents and only a handful of nightly or weekly spots. Pretty cramped but suprised how quite the park was.

the RV park was very clean, well maintained, and quiet. The laundry facilities are clean and specious with lots of room to fold your clothes. The showers and ladies room was probably the cleanest I've been in for a RV park. very nice. Margie was super nice and helpful. would most definitely stay here again.

Management is horrible and was very rude to me and my son I definitely would not recommend as a family place.

So far, great spot! They really pack the RVs in, but it hasn't seemed to be an issue. The new manager is super helpful and personable.

This place is a long term RV ghetto. Way too many people, old RVs, and unleashed dogs. They say they can take big rigs but this is complete nonsense. They have ridiculous little brick walls at key turns and then allow crook neck trailers and other vehicles to protrude into the road way making turns almost impossible. The final insult was allowing some long term moron to erect a storage shed right on the roadway at a critical turn. The office was totally unresponsive to phone messages despite supposedly being open from 9-5. Bottom line, stay away!!

We stopped here for overnight on our way north to cooler weather. The park is conveniently located, not far from grocery shopping, pharmacy, gas station, etc. It's right off the Rosedale Highway, so a little noisy, but not bad. Inside the park the neighborhood is quiet. It's a very tidy park, and the office staff were friendly. There are a lot of monthly rentals in here, retired folks and surprisingly, a number of younger people who have found this is a less expensive way to live rather than renting an apartment. All the sites have a patch of grass, a patio, picnic table and graveled drive. Almost all have a tree. Nice clean swimming pool. Overall, a quiet, attractive park - just perfect for an overnight stay while on the road somewhere, or to live in full-time.
