Rosedale Portrait Studio

Michael and Cindy are lovely and know exactly what they are doing. They were so kind to assist me in getting family portraits done at the last minute as my previously booked photographer (to remain nameless) in town flaked on me at the last minute. They do their photos in their backyard studio, and while the location was initially somewhat off putting, I've never had a more pleasant experience EVER. Even my husband who is hard to please and hates getting pictures done, enjoyed himself. They are very experienced and the pictures turned out fantastic!!! They allow you to view the pictures after the shoot right away and you get to choose which ones you like best and to make changes if any are necessary. You do have to pay extra for the digital files, but this experience was worth it, and they are worth every dime. We will definitely use them again in the future!!!

After searching all over to get our photos done (including being told "yes we do those" and driving to half a dozen different businesses, an hour away from our home, only to find that, no, they actually don't do those!) I lucked out in calling Rosedale Portrait Studio. They were so accommodating, not only regarding our changing schedule (had to cancel and reschedule a few times, and we ran late because of traffic and coming from an hour and a half away!) but they also welcomed our children to play in their yard with their chickens and cat while we waited, and even sent us off with bags of fresh grapefruit and oranges from their garden, and even a sprig from their peach tree to try and replant!! They were like a ray of sunshine on an otherwise stressful and difficult day. They also got the pics taken and processed in good time.

I had to have passport photos done for my Canadian passport. Had an office supply place do it and sent it off. Waited months only for it to get REJECTED. So yourself a favour if you have foreign passport pics you need done spend a little bit more and go to Michael and get it done RIGHT. It will save you literally MONTHS. Highly recommended.

I had a time line that I absolutely had to operate in. They made a beautiful 8x10 of my wife from a 4x6 snap shot (she was in one half of the 4x6) well within that time frame. Since then I've had other work done through Rosedale Portrait and am very satisfied and will use them for all my portrait needs.Steve Martin

Michael is great, fantastic and very helpful. I found this place when I was totally disappointed after waiting half an hour in CVS store for a passport photo and eventually they said they can not do it. They do also Canadian passport and foreign countries. He took care of my photo in less than 15 minutes. High quality and affordable price. Thank you Michael

I took my Master's graduation pictures with Michael and I really liked their service. Both Michael and Cindy were very helpful and efficient. We loved the pictures so much we are going back to take our family portrait with them. Their background selection is very extensive and the quality of the photos is great!
