Rosedale Pool & Spa Supply

After hiring a new awesome Pool person, our fears were confirmed. No conditioner in our saltwater pool all summer?! That is not cool. I tested it myself and called Rosedale to make the pool water correct. They never did, obviously. Still no emailed invoices and no key. Sad really. They came recommended by a neighbor...and now will share my experience with that neighbor, too to let her know.

After a scare that my pool pump may have gone out I called a few pool repair companies. Rosedale Pool & Supply were the only one's available. I love it when a company shows up when they say they are going to be there. It is also appreciated when the person that shows up is courteous and really informs you of what is happening. I will now be using this company exclusively.

I have never been over charged or pushed towards unnecessary repairs. I had an issue the other day and was ready to make a service request but was instead walked through the programming error reset, FREE! Fixed the problem. I was in need of pool settings restored. They came out as promised and corrected everything. I now go to them for all my pool needs.

My spa was not heating, called for appointment, were able to come out that day due to a cancellation. Serviceman seemed very knowledgeable and professional- but came twice, i had to call to verify work. Replaced a "switch" on the second visit, spa was heating but only to 96 degrees. I called 2 days later, scheduled to come back out, failed to show- i called, had no intention of notifying me. Came out the following day as i seen on my cameras, still not heating up. Never heard from them again. Just got my money and ghosted me. So sad!
